Not working as described. App advertised as having subscription based alerting. I have subscribed to the service since 2022. Every time it renews it quits working for months. Now, it's been at least 4 months and doesn't work right. I've reached out to support and they responded asking what phone I am using and although I've sent numerous inquiries I've received no response or resolution to the issues. DON'T SUBSCRIBE it's not worth the headaches.....

Gives good information on what's going on with the roads, but I paid for the 1 year subscription and it does not send me any notifications as it did the couple weeks after I paid, the notification just stopped I hope they fix the problem before my subscription expires cause I will not renew, I do suggest the free version for when you are going to travel it still give good accurate info

Not real-time. Doesn't include closures (unless they are long-term) or accidents except in nearby cities. Cameras say in service but don't play videos. Where the heck are you getting your feeds from because this is a terrible app for my android phone.

I rely heavily on this app. It shows the active incidents in CHP CAD. When it's up, I give it 5 stars, but the app is occasionally down, and that's frustrating. The latest update really seemed to throw a wrench into the spokes for several days.

CARR is so helpful in my winter travels, it shows me chain requirements, road incidents, my favorite the highway cameras (so I can check for snow), and much more. The new version now that the glitches have been worked out is awesome.

Has really gone downhill in the last year, info and accidents not being updated in our area (that are on calfire and chp). EDITING TO RESPOND- I have contacted you by email (in February), I waited to see if any changes would be made for reporting incidents. Nothing did, even as of yesterday when we had a major incident and not one word on CARR.

I like the old version a lot better this one is completely useless. I do not live in the Bay Area so why am I seeing everything in the Bay Area. stupid idea to change something right in the middle of winter when I really want to see chain controls. whoever decided to change this should be let go.

Looks like the recent issues have been resolved now, and this great app is back to all its glory (5 stars). This is the most useful highway-related app, with great sets of useful info all in one place, with clean nice-to-view/easy-to-use UI (5 stars). And the developer responds promptly, to boot.
