Very Very poor App, DONT GO FOR IT! I bought the premium subscription very recently and found there is no option to filter out for profiles in the desired location. The app will just keep throwing at you random profiles which you cannot even tailor per preferences. It is ultimately a waste of time. The email response from the customer service is also so poor, they are not even responding to my messages rather they just once responded stating me to buy the concierge subscription on top of this.

This app totally sucks! You cant escape their trap if you've subscribed for trial period. I couldnt cancel my trial period, whenever I tried to cancel my trial period the app shuts down. I reached out to their customer care and all I got was a Robotic response asking me to contact them through the app. So if youre frustrated enough with the app and you delete it, there's no way you can end the subscription. It really pisses me off when any app doesn't let me end my subscription smoothly. There are many scammy websites out there who does such things, I wasnt expecting Aisle to be one.

This app is a SCAM. Never pay for this terrible app. Customer service is a joke, you wont get any response. Search Preferences you set never works - you will get random profiles, big waste of time. Likes and invites does not show up - I even tested with my friend and I setting up profiles and we sent likes to each other. Photos - this is big headache. It keeps throwing a message "failed to upload, try again". There is.no way to get past this screen. Customer support - when you need someone

The intent is good, but the experience is horrendous. It's full of catfish and cybercriminals. I've seen fake profiles of my friends, with pictures picked up from social media and other dating sites, and have had to call the cops to deal with one of the matches who tried to blackmail me. No authentication of profiles. I lost count of the profiles I've reported, only to see them back.

Keeps showing me profiles that are 10000 miles away even after setting the distance setting and buying premium. If you are a woman, this means creepy profiles. Edit : I contacted support about why aisle keeps telling me someone 10k miles away is sending me likes. They said setting location preference only narrows down the filter for you, not for them, they are still being shown your profile. Ladies beware!

One more scam app that only wants money. It shows someone liked you and asks me to buy subscription. However in my normal feed it shows 'thats all we gave got here for today' i.e. Ive seen all profiles. I have kept no filters regarding which profile to show. But the profiles that have liked me wont show up on my feed but will keep showing blurred in 'who liked me' section.

If someone wants to get it in Australia, don't do it. These guys don't have much profiles here. After a few profiles the say " that's all for today, come back later or update preferences" and after updating preferences, shows profiles from India. I want my money back. It was a mistake I selected this over tinder.

I have been a paid member for two durations. I am NOT at all happy with the App. Firstly, there is no transparency about the communication. Even after being a paid member, you don't see if the person you are chatting with has viewed your chats. Such details are easily available on other platforms such as matrimony portals. Authenticity of profiles is questionable. When you are not a paid member, you tend to get interests. But seems to disappear when you have paid for the membership.
