The app crashes usually and also the notification of projects come later.. when ever I logging to the app after I get notifications the slot will be unavailable..i wonder this organisation test so many applications of multiple companies and find various bugs..but the own app has so many bugs it gets crash.. please developer fix the bugs soon.. the QA is also not done properly

What is the point of having an app that won't let you log in normally? Every time you want to use this app you have to reset the password or reinstall. Many comments have been made on this and I don't see any changes. Uninstalling!

I always have to reset the password because it's always wrong even though it's not. Not worth it. Update: I accepted a test, and the app won't respond. Re installed only to find that payment details are strictly via email and that they don't specify in the description. Deleted my account. Uninstalled, I'm tired of trying.

I have reset my password several times. I cannot login. It tells me my password is incorrect when it's correct. This is a critical bug issue. Please fix it. I'm completely unable to use the app.

This is a great app for people who like to test. It's hard to complete the tasks sometimes when it comes to downloading verification. I'm unsure if why and when I attempted the study to the best I'd my ability, I did not get paid. My payment was $0.00. That was disappointing because I did try my hardest and spoke with supervisors via Slack and still received nothing. Otherwise, it's a good app just disappointing when you get remote supervisory support and you don't get paid for attempting. 🥺

While I love how easy it is to use this app it's very buggy. Sometimes when I try to open the app I have do it multiple times for it to open properly. It would immediately close itself every time I open it. When viewing the test cycle if I'm reading the requirements till the bottom and try to scroll back the menu gets cut off. This also happens when viewing the slots.

Cannot close the app normally by pressing back button since it shows an endless progress bar, have to move the app to the background to move the app out of view. Few suggestions - 1) It would be better if the app showed the reject reasons for issues. 2) The slots are displayed in a horizontal scroll which makes it difficult to glacnce through them, vertical would be much better. The slots don't show the prerequisite information, we have to open each slot to view which takes a lot of time.

When I attempt to check for projects, a "Network error, please check your connection and refresh" message continuously appears. This should not be happening since I am connected to a high speed internet provider. The app also logs you out which is NOT conducive for an app such as this one. The retention is flawed and not working. Perhaps the Utest app should become one of the apps tested by Utest itself for bug issues. It seems to need it.
