I do love this app a lot. This is one of the few apps that I use on a daily basis. I love going through all my brews, customizing the app to my preferences. However, this latest update has broken the photo uploader (photos with transparent background are uploaded with black background, edited photos sometimes can't upload at all). Which has really ruined a lot of fun I've had from customizing sections. Also, I'd really wish for the app to have some kind of dark mode.

I've been using this app for months and it's been great! But since the most recent update my acacia lunar scale continuously disconnects and reconnects and is unusable. This happens about 90% of the time now, and I've even tried rolling back to an older update of the app with no luck (also i ended up deleting all my data by doing this, just FYI for anyone). The acacia scale connects to the acacia apps no problem, so think it's probably something specific to beanconqueror itself.

I've started to get into the espresso dialing in game and came across the bean conqueror app. Really easy to use and allows me to have my coffee beans organized as well as my brews along with them. You can tell the app was developed by coffee lovers itself and love that it's an open source project. Well done and thank you and I look forward to all the cool and interesting updates that the community incorporates. I have it on my phone but it doesn't look like it's available for Chrome OS.

Honestly great. Allows you to record beans, grinders, and machines/methods separately, and use them in individual brews. Works for both espresso and filter. Reasonable settings page. Import/export, so data is local / self-managed. No authentication required. No ads, no funny business. Transparent operational costs are on the website.

The perfect app for people who have brewing a coffee as a hobby. The app contains everything what you can dream of. Finally I have a complete overview of coffees I have already tried and can tune my recipes to the perfection.

Not sure why there are no reviews for this yet but what a fantastic app! I use it for espresso and it helps keep a log of my settings, dialling in beans and eliminated the need for me to keep notes elsewhere. Loads of features for all brewing types, good interface and customisation and seems stable! And no ads! Thanks! 🙏

First app I've ever encountered where analytics can't be turned off. Uninstalled immediately. Edit 21/12/24: Tried again and indeed analytics can be turned off in the current version. Increasing the grade from 1/5 to 4/5. It's obviously a capable app, but I find the UI difficult and unintuitive to use. On the plus side, it works with my Bookoo pressure transducer and DiFluid scale. Nice.

I don't typically review apps, but this one deserves it. I found it through James Hoffman's video, and it's everything I've ever wanted in a coffee app. I previously used Excel when tracking brews, but that lacked any data on the flow rate I get from my scale. Now, I have it all in one beautiful location. I especially love how customizable the parameters are so you only see what's important to you. Incredible app!
