The latest update doesn't remember the sign-in information and library card and I have to sign-in almost every time I go to use it. Very frustrating considering many people will use the app to access their library card

The app has everything a person needs. The person who said you have to input your name and card number each time is wrong. You can easily save this info.

I only use it for basic features like looking up return dates, book search and placing holds. For those features it works great.

Location feature not working properly. When looking at closest location for a searched title, the map places me at 0°/0° (in the Atlantic Ocean close to Africa). Other than that the app does what it is supposed to do.

The "new" version of this app deleted all of my holds (40ish) and has since kicked me out. Says my login information is wrong The old version was great. Without the app my relationship with the HPL doesn't exist. It's a shame

Unable to search books, very slow and the updates are very behind. Get this fixed! I'm using browser for this. App sucked.

Why are you blocking rooted devices? My device is not compromised and I can just bypass your block anyway so why do it at all for a LIBRARY app. It's ridiculous to have a root check on a public utility app.

APP IS SOOOO SLOW! LOADIND TAKES SO MUCH TIME. HAD TO REMOVE AND REINSTALL. tried on another phone and still the same. loading only with no results
