Relay UK sallii kuurot, kuulovammaiset ja puhevammaiset ihmiset soittaa puheluita kenelle tahansa uusinta sovellustekniikkaa käyttäville. Et tarvitse mitään erikoispakettia – lataa vain sovellus älypuhelimeesi tai tablettiin, linkitä puhelinnumerosi ja olet valmis. Sen käyttö on ilmaista, maksat vain normaalit maksut soittamistasi puheluista.Keskustelua on helppo hallita ja se on rento. This doesn't actually work This is not an app for fun, or for playing games. This is a necessity for me to function in a society that doesn't seem to understand what it is to not be able to communicate. I'm begging the developers... Fix this. It's a travesty and you are directly impacting lives of people. It's a disgrace. It regularly freezes and reports "Relay isn't responding" if it even opens before crashing. I have wiped and reinstalled it, the same, it still won't function.

Very helpful app to help hard of hearing & deaf people to communicate. But it doesn't function as it should, today the 19 th November 2024 still the same problem since the 15th of March 2022 the app is not working, although I uninstalled it then reinstalled again but the problem persists. Very frustrating and disappointing. I hope that it will be fixed soon to as intended to... Thank you.

Difficult to type a message when one word sends at a time. I would like to send the whole message in one. Also sometimes the replies seem to be missing information or have bad spelling.

Just get black screen on start up. Uninstalled and tried again. Same issue. Tried contacting BT support, a week later no response! It's great how BT values disabled customers, NOT!

Since the update, the calls are no longer saving. The saved calls are not coming up on the saved calls section. I'm not impressed. Please sort it out.

Looks like a good app as im partly deaf. I can hear on the phone but don't like talking to strangers But when trying to call my phone company, the call kept ending

Why can the person I am typing to hear what is happening in the room I make the call from u have only selected reading and typing. when the person on the other end gets a mixture of what I am typing and other background noise and words that is confusing. surely the other person should only hear what is typed nothing else please. other than that an amazing product potentially with possibly more user options for anyone who is disabled from interacting on telephones

Needs ALOT of improvement. The auto text on this is absolutely awful. Some helpers often ignore what I have typed and just keep typing, so what I've said gets lost in the script. Sometimes the text won't appear at all. Sometimes the calls don't go through. Sometimes it's always searching for a relay assistant. I always have a new problem with this app. It looks so bland and basic too, would it really hurt for deaf people to have something nice looking that works for once? My gosh.
