SCAM ALERT! Before the merge with Fantuan, this used to be an excellent app. But now its UI is horrendous, filled with false advertising and ridiculous service fee. You will end up paying way more even with pickup than purchasing in store or other apps even with the seemingly 40% discount. I have never uninstalled anything so willingly faster. And it's sad because I don't even trust stores that do business with them anymore. Having this company/app sticking around is just illegal at this point.

The concept is excellent but the app is terrible. It glitches frequently, is nonintuitive (why does clicking on an item just expand the pic and not start an order? Why is there no item description?), and for some reason, it STOPS (not pauses) whatever audio you have playing on your phone. Not sure why it needs access to that part of my phone. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired too. When there are errors with promo codes, CS will give you the run-around instead of a reasonable solution.

BEWARE SCAM! The promo codes appear on check out, but you are charged full price. I am not the only one to experience this. I contacted customer service who said I typed in the code wrong. How? It showed up correctly at check out. They did not offer a refund, just another code that requires you to buy more from the app. It was only for $10 off but how can you trust an app that falsely advertises, charges full price when it says it's discounted, and refuses to fix the error? Scary

The 30% off is a trick, you find out there's a limit when you check out after having spent time ordering and is hungry; I got the wrong item and I was asked to send a pic of the item then wait to see what the restaurant says, then the support will let me know. Wow, this is horrible service for a first time user. By the way, the $10 off first order is another trick - when placing the order, the system tells you the coupon is invalid, then the other is placed so you can't change your mind!!

The service and app were fine while it lasted. They suddenly stopped serving our address without notice and customer support was helpful in figuring that out, but it still took over an hour and two reps. Previous order support experience was poor because the representative only seemed to speak Chinese. I understand if my area isn't profitable for them to deliver to, but a notification email needs to be sent.

My experience on this app throughout has been pretty well. I ordered food deliveries from my favorite place from this app oftenly. I like the interface so far. I never experience issues after recently and the live support has provided all the assistance I need. My only suggestion is maybe they can work out with how user can contact their dispatcher because sometimes it's not accessible to reach out for them and it feel inconveniencing the customer support to contact them :D

Unfortunately the same as other users on the error for address and map. As a customer, I unfortunately probably won't remember to check back your app later on as there are just so many alternative apps that are reliable and work. Wantsd to support an Asian focused one. update: the address error seems to be fixed for me in seattle. Hopefully a systematic one for everyone.

The app has a lot of good food options, which gives it a bit of value. I find restaurants here that I don't find on too many other delivery apps. However, it's pretty much a guarantee that your order will be very late to arrive (think 1-2 hours later). The ETA is never anywhere close to accurate. If you go in to the app with that mindset, it's an okay app, though that's a rather low bar to work with. It's maybe understandable, given the company may not be as big as UberEATS, Door dash, etc.
