I love this app, when it works. Kicks you out in the middle of sessions and now the app will not open AT ALL! I've done everything to try and make it work. My child has to have this for school, now I don't know what to do!

Nice app but has problems. I have this on my daughters iPad, it seems as if everyday I have to delete the app and reinstall it just to join the live class meeting because when I open the canvas app it just shows a message error and today it did the same thing when I used the browser instead of the app. I even closed the app many times but deleting it seems to work. Its just something I shouldn't have to do everyday

It's actually pretty good, I don't understand all these terrible reviews of it, it works just fine! Really I think it depends which district you're in, but I think this app is useful :))

I put in my info so I can get my school work done and it said I was wrong when I wasn't. I even put it in twice to make sure I put it in correctly but it still didn't work. This app really needs to get that fixed so I can do school work. Do not get app until improvement with the system. So please fix it🙏🏻

My child uses this app at school with the quick card to login. However, when I installed it on two different devices, she can't login. It crashes immediately or returns to the login screen. The login with the username and password also fails. Restarting the app and restarting the devices don't help. This app needs a serious revamp.

I seem to be running into the same problem as most who gave a 1 star. Every time I log in it immediately logs me back out and asks me to log back in. I've tried to use it on my chrome book and cell phone. Both have the same results. The App does not work so I will have to use the web page which is not easy to help a 6 yr old navigate to. Please fix bug immediately!

I installed the app and apparently need permission to access my own account on it, despite properly typing my username and everything else. It rejects my sign in because of lack of approval, which should not be required to access an account specifically created for my usage. Now I cannot access grades, homework on classroom, overdue assignments, etc. This is just not a good decision whatsoever. An easy fix for a massive problem that they refuse to take into account.

I downloaded this app to use it for school, because I'm going on a big trip here soon and my chromebook doesn't have data. This is how we get to the apps on my chromebook so I found it on the app store and though "awesome" it won't let me sign into my account I checked the password over 10 times I know it's correct it's easier to find the sight on Google and use that don't download it just find the sight on google
