Poor app. Filter function doesn't work. Despite putting a filter for boats under 500 USD/day, it keeps showing results for pricier boats. And as soon as I set a minimum boat length (even at 5ft!), it shows "no results". Geographical filter is a mess too: for example, a boat in Corfù is shown as available in "Greece", but not in the "Ionian Islands"... Good idea. Abysmal implementation.

The app messaging is constantly bugging it's a nightmare!! impossible to read a goddamn message, can you please fix this??

This review is regarding to click&boat and not there sub-contractors which do a pretty fine work. The website doesn't work on non mobile devices with a 403 error. No customer support at all. I would consider click&boat as a fancy scam even if I had booked a very nice boat trip. But everything else then their sub-contractors are a hoax. Don't use them, if you have an issue you are just lost...

Good try but unfortunately not well operated. The prices, at least in Greece where I used the app or website, do not match the actual prices asked by the owners. Got a message from the app that the owner accepted my request for rental and when opened his message, he actually wrote that it was booked for that period. (?!) Needs a lot of work with boat owners and/or management of the app itself until it reaches an acceptable boat rental app.

A week ago, just after I had made the final payment for a boat that I had reserved, I received an email from Click&Boat which said that the boat owner had cancelled due to technical reasons. I have asked for my money back but they say that the boat owner has my money and they don't know when I can have it back. So I emailed them again explaining that I can't make a new reservation until I have the money and if they could tell me when...but then they just ignored me.

I made a reservation and the guy that rents the boat cancelled it . Click & boat doesn't give you a full refund of your money in my case the reservation was 174€ and they will give me back 140€ . The other 34 € they give it back as a credit voucher for your next reservation forcing you to make another reservation , this is so unfair cause it's not my fault the reservation cancelled ,I will never use this app again , this is a scam !

Company does not care for the customer, they never wanted to help me get a refund, they are siding with the owners of the boats not the people they pay their commissions and make money for them

A very good and professional app for boat rentals! The process is pretty simple , fast and secure. I didn't need much learning with the app, booking a boat is easier than I thought! A must recommend app if you like to rent boats on holidays like me!
