This app works great from my Samsung phone. The photos upload immediately and look great. It's a little difficult for family to scan the QR code to connect to the frame because they only have the screenshot that I text to them but using the 9 digit frame code works just fine. I have no complaints. Bought the frame for my parents last Christmas and loved it so much I asked for it as a gift this year. I love that the version of the frame I have has a rechargeable battery. You can take it with you.

I do not recommend the application, and also the products. The app is basically unfinished, lacks any features. The frames have a 10GB traffic limit, after that you have to pay, but its not working in the app. My frame (RWF-109) is also not recommended. Its like a mirror. The digitizer randomly registers phantom touches, so its randomly navigating in the UI. Save your money, buy anything else. Even an old tablet with 'fotoo' app is cheaper, and is more reliable than this.

App is useless after a month, just stops working all together. No help from support either.

I was bought this frame as a gift and uploading photos is so difficult, the app worked for about a month then had to manually email the photos which can only do 8-10 at a time, I have tried emailing more to update the pictures and they just don't come through. Only option is manually putting on an SD card which is not why I wanted this frame, the convenience to update quickly is absent and frankly not worth buying.

This app is so clunky. Only 9 photos at a time, when it arrives to the frame, any photos that were taken vertically show up horizontally on the frame and each one has to be manually rotated. Can't select a folder to upload. If you have lots of photos that you want on the frame you would have to dedicate all of your free time to painstakingly uploading and rotating all of your photos. Please fix this app, it really is unusable in this state.

Unspeakably bad. Usability: a 12 year old could do better. Does NOTHING USEFUL to complement the Kodak photo frame. You can't see via the app what photos are on the frame. You can upload photos but only via manual selection and a maximum of 9 photos at a time. You can't select an album or folder for upload. When the photos arrive on the photo frame they are not organised in any way and therefore end up as part of the overall carousel random shuffle. You can't organise into play lists. Avoid.

Useless and waste of time! The app runs slowly. When uploading photos, only 9 photos are allowed each time and the UI would go back to main page after uploading (that means user needs to locate other photos again and this step would repeat and repeat). Can't upload the whole folder or album. Can't manage photos in the frame. Hope Kodak would find a better company to maintain the app for digital photo frames.

Photos take too long to appear for selection and only 9 photos at a time. Then it revers back to main menu and you have to wait again for photos to load for selection. Please fix so it does not go back to main menu. Videos load faster. Please increase photo selection number and speed of access to select photos. The keypad on the frame freezes a lot. Would be great if there was a re-order option so you can group photos to appear together. At the moment the order you upload is the order it stays.
