Since the most recent update it's been crashing at least twice every time I try to open the app. Before the most recent update, when opening class pages it would open an in-app browser which was fine, but now it opens new tabs in my browser app, which completely defeats the purpose of having an app for my online classroom. Since the most recent update, the calendar feature has also stopped working (never loads).

No way to hide courses in the app. There is no option to open the course page in your choice of browser, which is crazy since all this app does is act as a web browser to the mobile site. You can only view content and grade tabs in the actual app itself (without it just opening the website), no way to see announcements or discussion board without the app just opening the website. Save yourself the space required for this app and just use the brightspace website.

I really appreciate having somewhere that consolidates all of my deadlines in one place with visual representations, however I wish I did not have to navigate through the app everytime I want to see it. The Android app could be greatly improved by adding widget functionality. Having a quick-view version of my deadlines from the home screen would greatly improve my productivity and overall usage of the Pulse app.

I particularly enjoy that it's easier to access course content from the pulse app as opposed to the full website. The layout is much simpler with basically your essential functions available. I can knock out a video through the app pretty quickly whenever I have a few minutes.

Built in doc viewer means poor readiabilty when trying to review content and you can't download docs to view them in something better. Also can't copy text in docs, so that's not helpful. Can't open links in your default browser. Can't remove old classes. Can't report bugs. Links don't open in new windows. Help is outdated. That's enough of a start I think.

Good as a broadcast of upcoming deadlines, but falls flat when you submit an assignment but the interface continues to not reflect it as submitted. Creates a lot more stuff to sort through and instead of reducing stress - it amplifies it. More options should be available, for example to send a task to a personal calendar. And don't get me started on the grey screen of death as it locks up and needs to be restarted. Kind of useful, just not ready for prime time.

Literally unusable. I've tried multiple times to enter my university's information and log in, but no matter what, it always just bugs out and keeps asking me for my university. This is in spite of me logging into my university and it saying "Return to Pulse"

I could track my 3 childrens class work and performances under one app using my phone. Now it only allows for only one child and I have to figure out how to log in for the other 2 kids. I have sent a complaint about this but no reply.
