Logged in. Stated that I needed to reset password due to stricter security measures. Did that and logged in. Placed order and went to checkout. Then asked me to log in for faster service... this is why I usually have been ordering online instead of the app. Have fun with it bc it isn't

Logged me out. Can't log back in because it doesn't accept my password. Password reset dues not work, does now send rest email. Would give zero stars if possible.

Our first but not our last time eating here. The food was amazing, every last dish we ordered was delicious and uncomparable to any other place we have been too. We are a sharing family so we all shared a little of this a little of that. We all picked different dishes and everything was absolutely scrumptious. The app is easy to use and the girl who delivered our order was very cordial. Definitely coming back for more.

I used to use the app all the time with no trouble bit recently it stopped working. It let's me put in my order then when I go to pay it says there is an error. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled. I've tried different forms of payment but nothing works. I won't order from the restaurant if I can't use the app. This has been going on for a few months. I love thr restaurant but won't order to-go until the app accepts orders.

The app is mostly user friendly. The gift card payment option is very limited. It will allow multiple gift cards to be added but will only allow ONE to be used as payment. That's a flaw Update: 4/2023 the app still will not allow multiple gift cards to be used for a single order, nor will it allow gift cards to be combined. My college students are not amused by this and have essentially stopped going to Cheddar's because they hate the balky payment issues.
