Descartes Mobile™ laajentaa Descartesin maailmanluokan reititys- ja aikataulujärjestelmät kentälle, opastaen kuljettajasi päivän aikana ja täydentäen huoltajuusketjun viimeisen lenkin tarkan toimitustodistuksen avulla.Kuljettajat aloittavat päivänsä sovittamalla tavarat yhteen ennen lähtöä varastostaan varmistaakseen, että heillä on kaikki tarvitsemansa. The new update is horrible, now youre forced to rotate phone for signatures, photos take 5 seconds to process so when it says processing image it still didnt even take the photo yet so they come out blurry if you dont hold the phone still for 5 seconds, this update literally slows people down from doing their job and its annoying. I need an app that works as fast as I do.

Update* I'm still using an old version of this app as the newer one is still suffering from issues, but the Devs have been very responsive and they hope to have a fix with next update.

The latest update (2021.12.08) has hindered my job. It is sluggish AND MOST IMPORTANT very unresponsive. Features were removed that made my work easier and quick. While these features are not essential I would prefer to have thm back. Please resolve the bugs and make the interface and controls more responsive and intuitive. I cannot recommend this app until it is functional again.

This was a bad design choice! When your on the main routing screen with all the stops listed, the enroute block has a green border, instead of a green background like it used to, its hard to tell if your in route, espescially when your phone is mounted away from your face, like on the dash of truck. Also! Im only seeing product descriptions that make sense 50% of the time, it mostly just shows a bunch of random code.

Unfortunately I have to use this app everyday and it reduces the enjoyment in my otherwise very enjoyable career as a crane operator. The thing I hate most is the constant dinging noise, this supposed to tell you when you've done something wrong however it usually dings for no apparent reason and leaves you stuck on a blank screen. It's also very basic and doesn't alow you to change anything about how it works and customer service won't help you either.

You have to click multiple things to get basic information. It doesn't automatically load addresses into Google maps, to plot a routes. Not very user friendly, or compatible with navigation apps. Definitely adds time to deliveries, and not being able to copy and paste information, introduces human error into the equation.

Please add an option for drivers to force refresh/update the route themselves. The automatic refresh is awfully slow to occur. Waiting 1 hour after calling dispatch team for a refresh is asinine. Sometimes it never works and I have to resort to bruteforce through the route hoping it updates eventually. Please just give add the option on driver side. Using this system makes everything more convoluted and less efficient than it should be. My phone data/ service is fine. The app is junk.

As of the most recent update, this app now requires permissions to access real time location even when the app is not running. This app is now a significant battery drain and a threat against individual privacy as it is now pulling when you shut it down. They should cease requiring constant real time tracking and go back to allowing it to be accepted only when the app is running.
