Ever since the last update this app has been complete garbage. Try to open the app and it's just a blank orange screen, have to force close and reopen 4-5 times just to get in, and then I keep getting notices that there's an update for the app. I already updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, and it's still telling me to update, the rare times it decides to work at all. It was a 5 star app just a week ago, now it's barely even useable

MANAGEMENT!! BUYER BEWARE. Way way over priced. Did not tell me that my bill would be doubled for day and night stay. Just showed me overnight charge.Plus me dog stunk soooo bad when I picked her up.I didn't hold her till I got home a bathed her. A little 7lbs she was put in room with huge dogs which I didn't know was the practice. Not welcoming at all.

Handy app however when I first request appointments they show as pending until they are presumably confirmed by staff and then completely disappear from the app and it shows no upcoming appointments. I don't receive any other confirmation so just have to assume that the appointments were confirmed if they disappear and show up anyway. After my dogs are picked up at the end of the day, they show up again as past appointments. This has been an issue since we first registered.

I just did the update today and now the app keeps crashing. Before the update I had zero issues. App ran smoothly and was easy to use

Old version was working fine. Downloaded the update, now it won't open. Tried to uninstall/reinstall but still doesn't work.

Love the app, I haven't experienced issues with the webcam feature (it seems to me like they are only "unavailable" if those rooms aren't actually in use? But I could be wrong) I like that you have to have an appt to be able to access video - great for privacy/security. I have experienced issues with uploading a photo to my account as well as adding people to my family account (4 stars reason) but those don't affect the main functions.

I had been using this app for several months without an issue. Now this morning I tried to go on to schedule daycare and it keeps wanting me to schedule a meet and greet. The app would not let me go any further even though both my dogs had their meet and greet at the beginning. I finally deleted the app and reinstalled it. Up to this point I have not had any problems with it. After I reinstalled the app, it continued to act up. Still won't let me see my dogs profiles or anything else.
