I can't believe how terrible this product is. First doorbell crashed during a firmware update never to work again. Now this one all of a sudden stopped notifying the phone despite all the correct notification settings turned on. It logs everything as a missed call and rings with sound approximately 30 mins later. I think monkeys developed this. 50% of the time doesn't work. Have to check up on the app every 15 mins to see if it's still connected. I'm a computer technician so this isn't on me.

It's impossible to receive live images or videos on my phone when the doorbell is rang. Only a 15 to 20 seconds recorded video of the visitor(s) is seen more than three minutes after the doorbell was rang. Usually the visitor would be gone. I don't have any problems with my wifi. It needs urgent fixing. I'm using the latest version of the app. Secondly, providing a variety of nice caller tunes for the app in addition to the ding-dong will be cool.

It keeps messing up. It'll either randomly go offline with no warning, I'll get delayed or no notifications, the battery runs out extremely quickly, and I can't even install the latest update because I get a message saying 'device is recording, please try again later' when I took the batteries out the damn thing. Super frustrating. I wish I could get my money back. And now, it won't charge or even cut on. What a waste.

Installed the doorbell which worked ok for the first few hours, but now live view doesn't work. The ring and live view trigger the recording to the cloud and I can download and view after the event but this is pointless if I cannot see who is at the door when they ring. Installed of 2 different android devices, cleared cache, reinstalled, re-setup. Still no joy but will leave it a day or so incase it is something server side, otherwise will send it back for a refund. Working again!

I've had a year now. Firstly was happy to have found a doorbell alert that was reasonable in price. Now my device is constantly offline, I miss my callers, app alerts you to late, my ringer volume returns to 0% on its own, even though my shared user gets their call alerts each time, changed the batteries because they just stopped working. I bought new ones that need recharging when device has run down, doesn't work with the USB. Good camera. Getting new device, this has too many faults.

Well, I added an internal 'aerial' by soldering about 10cms of wire to the existing aerial and this actually now works! Not fast, needs improvements but I can connect, see live view, see, delete recordings and talk to anyone at the door. No user should have to do this, but if you can and yours is gathering dust, can't lose anything, give it a shot.

I have put the motion detection on high, the distance between my fence and front door is less than 10 meter, but the app/cam activate too slow. the possible person already out of sight before cam activate. Would like to have an option to set different sound on mobile when app warning for detection, so i know when i get a notification when its this app.

The quality of the picture is good. The notification sound isn't working, you can't enlarge the screen unless you screen shot it, the Wi-Fi "reach" connect is poor, I don't know the distance between WiFi connection you have to be. I don't think THIS camera is secured. I keep seeing numbers increasing & deceasing. I had a hard time impairing this camera, I ask the place where I brought it from to replace it but managed to get it to working. Still trying things out at this point.
