Scammers alart!!! Whenever you do a transaction, Airtime purchase, Data or any other purchases and it failed for any reason, you don't get refunded or reimbursed for it... I called the customer service several times with no answer, I tried the what's app group and it's also full, then I chatted with the customer service on what's app for at least a 3 weeks he keeps talking about how he's trying to resolve the issue... He asked for the receipts, screenshots and my email addresss still notin

awesomeness! one of the best apps i have come across that you can use to purchase data and airtime for any network and other stuffs like smile and alpha. the network is good and the customer care are always there to provide support and resolve any encountered issue.

Great app and awesome 🙏 but you have bad network issues some times, and then it's used to send data by itself without my knowing 🙏 please try to check it up

Your service is very poor. I downloaded your app purposely to enable me buy electricity, but since I downloaded it for over 2 months now I've not been able to buy electricity successfully. Instead, I've been using the money in my wallet to buy airtime that I don't really need. You need to work on your services please. Thanks and may Allah bless you!

The worst customer care service so far, very useless and so unmindful human beings. You will complain like 100x with no resolution, chat them on WhatsApp they'll definitely open your messages can't resolve your problem, you give them a call they won't pick. They're just bunch of thieves and scammers. I so damn angry and mad with your reception. And I am definitely reporting you guys... what sort of nonsense is this. VERY VERY BAD APP 👎 I RECOMMEND NO ONE SHOULD DOWNLOAD IT.

Very bad service delivery and slow or nearly no resolution to customer complain. Subscribed for 5gb data, got msm but data not credited and taking till eternity to resolve dispute.
