The analytics of this app aren't correct. The information on the newsletter is outdated. It's still recommending IGTV Be aware that you are charged annual not monthly as it leads you to believe by stating It's £7 monthly. Uodate: Thank You for reply, concerning reels maybe if this was posted near the totals it wouldn't be as confusing. I also noticed that you've changed your newsletter content at the bottom where you were recommending old information such as IGTV, great!

I love flick the "website" version, but this app version is disappointing. There are several bugs that kinda annoying. First, It keeps asking me to update to the latest version each and every single time I open it, even though there is no updates available!???. Second, as soon as I open the schedule posts tab it crashes immediately. Overall I will give it for now 2 stars because I can't access the schedule posts. Fyi, I'm using the Note20 ultra. I hope you fix those bugs soon.

Could not link my accounts because you *must* login via Facebook and that is not possible for me. Why, who knows. Conveniently you can only do this via the app but at the same time you cannot cancel billing via app or mobile website. You must login on a desktop to cancel billing or put in a ticket which they will promptly ignore.

Horrible app! Can't choose and put hashtags in, multiple posting is lagging, Can't swap between insta post or reel, etc. Most functions of the website are not integrated into the app at all! Do not use this!

just kind of messy. I made the mistake of forgetting my password and the email to reset your password takes you to a link to open the app and finally you can never reset your password. tried multiple times. actually I never used the app because of these issues and I'm about to give up on it. things shouldn't be this difficult. good luck to anyone else out there.

The app crashes and is completely un-usable. Visiting the website via mobile is not possible because it directs you back to the app, where it crashes again. Very disappointing as it is not always convenient for me to be on my desktop to use flick.

Overcharged my credit card for a yearly subscription paid me back only after I told them. Gave me no sort of recompense for it and the app barely works half the time. Said it would track hashtags but suddenly its only the ones you favorited. I favorited a set and have yet to see any specific analytics on that. Rough start. Not a great impression and I depend on this app a lot unfortunately.

This app charged me over £100 for a yearly subscription without my knowledge and consent! In the moment when you click on the "activate" button my money were just gone! Every legal business before charging you are even giving the option to review your order before processing with the actual payment. Whereas this company charges without customer's consent! Absolutely outrageous, now I need to escalate to PayPal to restore my money, which were automatically charged through express checkout!
