OHD Anywhere on älypuhelin-käytössä autotallin ovi ohjain aktivoidaan mistä tahansa kautta kodin Wi-Fi-yhteys. App was functioning fine with my door for about a year. Then recently it lost its connection. I was on the phone with tech support for 2 hours to attempt to diagnose the issue just to hear them say oh this is weird. Bottom line, app stopped working, customer service was no help. I probably have bad luck but I gave up using this app.

Worked fine for a couple of months (July -August) then it stopped working then came back a week later (server problems) now since 11/8/24 I have "door disabled" I Worked with support after the troubleshooting steps listed in the app, just to have me do the same again. Just to tell me the wifi card is bad though the app shows online and the LED is green on the device. Now I'm paying 77 bucks so the dealer can "diagnose" and maybe replace the wifi card. I have major doubts. So far not impressed...

Great product. The app works well. I don't get notifications if the door is open even though i have it set up properly. Though I am confused why there are two of the exact same apps/products being sold. The OHD anywhere app is the exact same as the Aladdin Connect app down to the firmware version. The OHD retrofit kit is the exact same as the Aladdin kit. The Aladdin kit is $60 on Amazon, and the OHD kit is $200 from your local OHD retailer, not available on Amazon. Combine the products, guys!!

would get a 5 star review, but the app is constantly kicking you out for "security reasons" and asking for your password constantly. Should stay logged into the app so you can just open the garage door. By the time you have to log in etc, you can just unlock the house and hit the button inside.

The only feature the app is missing is automatic opening while connected to my cars Bluetooth so it automatically opens when I drive up to the garage door.

It is automatically disconnecting from Google Home after staying connected for a day. Happened 3 times.

Nice app that does exactly what is supposed to. Associating to my door was easy, using it is easy - it's just what an app should be. Good job OHD

We have had our IHD Anywhere for several years without any problems. However, lately we have had many issues with the device. It started with the battery going dead. It was replaced but then the unit would not connect to the router. We changed positions of the sensor. Now it will not properly pair with our phones.
