Enhance Pro -sovelluksen avulla voit ohjata kuulokojeitasi suoraan mobiililaitteeltasi. Voit vaihtaa ohjelmia ja tehdä yksinkertaisia tai kehittyneempiä äänisäätöjä ja tallentaa ne suosikeiksi. Android/Samsung Issues, App and Bluetooth connection inconsistencies - Powering on with or without app open...hearing aids connect whenever they want, versus when you power on like a common Bluetooth device. Many times requiring powering off/on hearing aids and cycling Bluetooth, plus stopping app within Android and clearing cache. Frustrating! Samsung/Android software is fully updated and meets the standards Jabra references. When will Jabra fix compatibility issues with Android devices?

The Jabra brand is a choice for hearing aids. Having moderate to severe hearing loss make it difficult to be really specific about various fine points of hearing. I do have a real boost in hearing capability but they have the same draw back of all hearing aids...hearing in noisy places. I do like Costco's accommodating and professional technicians. They are well trained and knowledgeable. The price and warranty can't be beat.

Horrible garbage app. I hate it. Streaming audio constantly stutters and drops out and sometimes one channel left or right will drop out completely and won't come back until I reset the Bluetooth connection. Lately it badgers me to accept an Online Services agreement again and again and again every day or so. I am stuck with this app because I have no other option with my hearing aid earpieces. Too bad there's no competition where someone else might do a better job.

great hearing aids, comfortable and almost invisible. Has improved my life, especially being able to hear better in noisy situations. My only gripe is that the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping out while I'm on calls and I have to change to loudspeaker, which isn't always convenient. Not everyone wants to have an iPhone, the developers should work on better compatibility with other makes of phone

My ability to hear, whether it is people or the TV, is so much better. I love the compact size and comfort fit of my Jabra hearing aids. The app works great with my phone and is easy to use for any adjustment settings I want to make. I was impressed that background noise could be diminished when needed. The amount of charge time, when in use, is a positive factor for my needs throughout the day and evening. I highly recommend my Jabra EnhancePro hearing aids to my friends.

For some reason, either the app or the aids themselves make any video in Instagram or Reddit stutter while the aids are in the case charging. As soon as I put the aids in my ear, everything works fine. Definitely something on Jabras' end as my other aids never did this. Yes, I have disconnected/ reconnected. Un-installed the app. Restart phone...etc. Nothing works. Please fix this on the programming end.

The app is intrusive. won't work with location when using app. insists on all the time. The Bluetooth is aggressive and makes using Bluetooth for other purposes problematic. If using the streamer watching videos don't allow a video to end for a few seconds or the connection drops and you have to access the app to reestablish again, again ... I also don't like the idea that it has so few user settings. But it works. Just annoyingly corporate.

Update 3/11/2025: You pushed a firmware update today and now my hearing aids are causing reels and videos to glitch out and freeze. I had to disconnect them from Bluetooth. You are really not good at this, Jabra. Previous edit: Connection issues all the time. Location doesn't trigger anymore. I have to reset my Bluetooth every time I want to change my settings. Come on guys! Why are we still not fully supporting Samsung/Android?
