After 2 years overseas I am finally back in Sydney to use this app. It seems that the real-time nature of this app has become unreliable. It seems to be off by around 5 minutes. Using the Train Tracker feature, it seems that the train I just got on doesn't exist, whereas the train prior to and after me does. Maybe this isn't the all's fault as it is just pulling data from an API, but this has never happened before.

One of THE WORST features of this app - when you input in a train route - you are given absolutely no indication as to where to change stations. It is presented in a way that one assumes the train you catch is the only train you need to catch. I have been caught out by this on the tripview app numerous times and there is no simple way to ascertain where information relating to where to change stations can be found. A very bad feature.

This app doesn't show me real-time updates with mobile data connection. It needs WiFi to update. It was working fine without WiFi and all of a sudden stopped working.

I catch three modes of transport daily. Train tram bus. The trip view bus timetable info is erratic. Changing from late, later, not stopping , then reporting on this app, will stop, 15 minutes later after not stopping for me. This is becoming pathetic, I can't plan my journey and wasting over one hour a day in some cases travel time. Unreliable information is worse than no information. Tripview, information on the liverpool Campbelltown route is too volatile and unreliable.

This app is only useful if you are already familiar with the public transport system you need to use and know which bus number or train line you need to catch. You also need to already know which train/bus/ferry routes use which stops when you are searching using the map function. This app also won't connect multiple forms of transport. In a nutshell google maps is much much better because you can search by the address you need to get to, it connects multiple transport options and it's free.

Issue: When reversing the direction of some bus trips, it's smart enough to choose to depart/arrive at the stop on the opposite side of the street. For other routes, it doesn't. Maybe because it's a loop service, but for my particular loop service it really should recognize the stop opposite. Caused some pain before realizing. It would be nice if we could manually group: from any of these stops to any of these stops. That would fix it and add flexibility in other ways too.

This app is terrible in tracking light rail. It has ghost trains. Terrible experience! Also you need to create a new trip every time you want to see how to get somewhere which accumulates to a higher list. Not designed from user perspective. It is just a collage of functions the way the transport system it's. Very segmented, not friendly

Bought this back in 2011 and have been using it daily ever since, with no major issues experienced. Best app purchase ever!
