The app doesn't work well. My applications were supposed to be reviewed and updated within three days and it's been about two weeks. Reached out to support for assistance and they were unresponsive and unhelpful. So far, it has been a huge waste of time. Have applied to 5 jobs and have not been selected for any. I was also denied for a role I actually had professional experience without a reason. Submitted an appeal and received no update. Would not recommend this app if you need work asap.

This app is a waste of time. When you apply to jobs they pick and choose what they will give you for work. On two separate events for UMass Dartmouth via Sodexo, I have waited almost 2 weeks for payment for shifts worked. I reached out to Tessa and the Payment Dispute Department and they take their sweet time getting back to you with no real solutions. When the app states payment between 2 to 3 business days...that's a bold face lie. You are left waiting and no real person to speak to about it.

Epic fail. Having over twenty years in the hospitality industry. Trained and traveled to over thirty eight different nations. Starting the first p f chang's in west hollywood, Working with Michelin rated the most awarded steakhouse in the West Coast.All I find through this app was a lot of wasted time.

terrible. the website you verify yourself in is corrupted, the videos explaining things are too and wont load. they require you to record yourself talking only the website never loads the feed so you can't move forward. the app has no jobs listing at all. Basically a 0 star app. completely worthless. dont even bother with this. use blue crew or instawork. they atleast generate results.

i wanted to give an update to My last Review . honestly probably my favorite app to find work thru. I've been with them for a few years now and never had a problem. jobs are great I get paid as agreed. their people are always helpful what more can I say!!?! if you read and follow instructions those are 2 skills that are a must... you won't have a problem making money today. thank again TEND & TESSA ;-)

I got selected for my first and only job through this. I double checked the local because it was far and I made sure I knew how get there. However, the morning of a text was sent to me about a local change that was even further and more difficult to get to. It was sloppy and unprofessional on their end, so I canceled the job. Now, I haven't been selected for any jobs, so there is no point in keeping this app or job.

Tone (Tone)

The app doesn't properly load up correctly, it freezes up and it shows a blank screen. Unfortunately, this problem has caused me to miss many job opportunities because I can't properly accept the jobs that have been given to me because of this very app.

I haven't had a shift since 2022. I've applied to shifts time & time again and ALWAYS get turned down. Then they text me almost DAILY to tell me about some last minute shift I can't make because there wasn't enough notice! But go to the app and look for shifts you CAN work, you apply for them just to keep getting turned down! Btw, FUNNY how I'm scrolling the reviews and I notice all the people getting rejected are of color!! The ONE event I did work, I was the only black staff. Coincidence?
