This mostly great App has 2 issues: 1 - it claims to cover ALL of Zone 1, but DOESN'T work on some regular buses, 2nd, the advertising gives the impression that it's the complete transit solution - & it is pretty great. Imagine our surprise when our ticket was rejected on the 1st bus we tried! In our area, in Zone 1, there were no TMB buses. The point is - for new tourists, who know nothing about the local transit, the explanation is NOT CLEAR ENOUGH! You will need to pay extra for AMB buses.

App has a map function that recommends travel that is not included. Complete waste of money. Do not bother! I've bought a 4 day pass and so far been able to use it once for what should have been a £6 journey, so not oblyvhavwnt saved anything, but I've waste £30.

Unlike Barcelona city tour app, this app does not provide real time bus timings. Also, doesnt exectly show you where the tour GPS bus stop locations are. You can download a map for sure on it. But why do I need an App then?

Can't sign in or sign up. In the app it says you need to re-authenticate and access Hola Barcelona with username and password, but there is no option to do this, and no option either on the website. Seems broken. To reply to the response: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE IN THE APP

While the app is nice and all. The issue is loading. The blogs, the metro, the bus map all takes forever to load, making it almost impossible to preplan my trip. I want to buy tickets and I cant...

Just downloaded and apparently a newer version is needed... but no newer version is available. Unable to open App... (Quick response received to this review. Fingers crossed all will work before our journey down)

Useless app, unable to load ewallet to redeem tickets and loses etickets after opening app. Had to rely on email confirmation. Also destination search does not work properly unless you enter correct location.

The ticket purchased online isn't valid u til physically picked up at a machine after which the app glitches and gives an error message when trying to import the ticket
