I ordered from asm ice cream place after 30 min the order didnt go through tried to cancel it says at the cancelation window I can't because the order is being prepared 10 min extra and still it shows that the place didnt accept the order no one to contact with telling them how can I not cancel when the order didn't go through later I contact the driver my self telling him to go inside the place we ordered from and give him the phone. then it was processed. after that hunger contact me saying no

Terrible customer service. Waited for an hour and a half, the driver picked up my order and proceeded to drive an hour away from my house. When I contacted customer support they just told me to wait for the order, they refused to cancel, refused to refund. Ended up canceling and not getting the order or the money. Stay away from this SCAM APP!

I downloaded this app to atleast assist me for food I want to eat aside from cooking. I search and look for food I am craving, when I checkout it went thru so it means they accept my order and they able to deliver it. I keep monitoring and even chatted the delivery guy assigned for my food. Even though I did not receive a response I still hope that food will come. But it suddenly say food delivered, I chatted the CSA but only they can do is cancelled. Useless, don't used this app.

I ordered and the expected delivery time was 25-35 minutes. I contacted the help centre after it was late by one hour, they said it would be ready within 10 minutes. After 40 more minutes, I contacted customer support again, and they didn't do anything about the order and cancelled it. I waited for my order for 2 hours, and it was cancelled by customer support. Never using this app again

Most disappointing customer service ever! The rider marked my order as delivered. However, he DID NOT, the unprofessional customer service basically said that we are sorry we can't do anything about it as the rider marked it delivered!!! Never offered an alternative or a solution and basically agreed the rider's statement and ignored the customer's!!! So any rider can just mark any order as delivered and take it and the customer will just be the one to take the hit and lose their money!! Scam

I used hungerstation for more than 4 years. Very bad experience 👎, they have hidden terms and conditions regarding order cancellation incase order dealy, after using boxer motor cycles the orders delivered in very bad situations, and you can't request to delete your data in their database only they say to you to sign out. Finally, competitors are delivering free without subscription.

This is the worst food delivery app in the area. Your food won't arrive, and they'll cancel your order after an hour and a half without any explanation or compensation. Their discount codes don't work—it's a scam. When you contact customer service, they offer empty promises and do nothing to help. Save your money and use other apps.

The payment processing stopped working. When I go to home screen and back it looks as if I never tried to check out. Tried to reach out to the support, but there is no button to talk to agent. Very bad user experience
