My phone will no longer connect to my watch. It wants me to update to a different app called Hanfit. It's by the same ppl, but my watch won't connect to that app. In fact, it doesn't even show me the list of watch choices to connect to. Everything on the watch seems to work, except the weather that is not even close to accurate.

6/17 update: For those who experience the constant app crash, TURN OFF WEATHER option. Its poor that the app devs can't seem to figure this out, even still posting updates as recent as this month. The notifications dont work reliably, where most of the time notifications & messages don't make it to the watch. This watch is an as-is investment.

Can't read everything on the app due to words overlapping. Changing to landscape orientation changes nothing. Restarted phone and watch and it didnt fix it. Reset watch and that didnt fix it either. The Peo app notification appears and disappears at times despite being set to run in the background. Day 2 of using the watch and it no longer vibrates when getting a notification. Returning it.

App worked well - WHEN it WORKED! This app hasn't worked in WEEKS now!!! Apparently, nobody is addressing this problem and fixing it. My watch needs to be reset because it's 45 minutes slow, but the watch is especially useless now without the app! It will not open at all! What a waste and what a shame!

App keeps crashing and doesn't sync with the watch. It used to work great, and then one day, it stopped syncing, and all of the data in the watch disappeared from the app. It would be awesome if the developers could fix it.

App crashes. Can't open app after trying to change the time. Can not reach tech support thru app now because it keep crashing. Deleted app and reinstalled but still not able to open it. I liked the watch but now can't access any features or get the corrected daylight saving time change activated.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Immediately after syncing, the app dropped. Half the time the watch wouldn't receive messages or calls and customer service couldn't fix the issue.

The inability to hold more than 1 Downloaded Watchface at a time is really, really dumb. Every other smartwatch app on the market is better than this. I get the watch has limited memory. Let me delete default watch faces and replace them like everyone else.
