Absolute trash of an app. If there was a way to rate it less than 1 star, i would double it. Unable to log on to make payment.

Constantly crashes. When nit works it's great but this is the only way you can pay your bill and you shouldn't have to attempt to log in over 20 times to get that done on time

Worst excuse of an app imaginable! Why even have one, it never works...NEVER! Who is "running" this shamble? This should be an embarrassment to a company who makes an exceptional vehicle. Take your name away from this financial company.

Trash App... For the most part the app worked well enough for me to make my payments in, but ever since October 20th's "bug fixes", I can't even get to the point where I want to make my car payment. Every time I click on the pay now button for my car it takes me back to the sign in screen and I am no longer logged in... Still broken, huh? If I could give this app zero stars I would.

Not a good app. It loads forever on the login page to sign you in, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Limited options when you can sign in successfully. No excuse for Nissan Motor Corp to have such a terrible looking and poorly functioning mobile app.

This app hasn't worked for close to 6 months. It makes paying for my car quite a hassle. Come on infiniti, you're selling is a bunch of $65k+ cars, can't you put some money into app development to figure this out?

I can't even login to make my first payment so what good this app for if can't even do nothing it keep saying update to new version when you hit the update button its not even doing it. I call the customer service they don't even know what to do. somebody please do something about this app.
