cannot use coupons in restaurants, codes doesn't work, barcode doesn't work beciasie terminals have no scanners, app doesn't improve experience when you are already on site and has no added value, no incentive to use this app at all, in contrast to McDonald's app.

Terrible application service! There’s no way to cancel or track an order. I made an order and mistakenly entered the wrong address. I called the hotline to cancel, and they assured me it was canceled. But an hour later, the delivery driver called to say he was at the wrong address! I called back to complain, and they put me on hold indefinitely—no one ever picked up. As a result, I’ll probably never get my refund. What a disaster.

The app is unable to get location on Android 4.4.2, making orders impossible. I did not find a manual override to set a location "by hand" so the app is unusable for me. The error displayed is "Something went wrong." which is not particularly helpful. ---- For older version: This application ports one of the best UIs I have ever seen. The flow is perfectly linear, and the app guides you from entering your address, through choosing the food, to the payment options with minimal fuss and obstructions. The team who maintains this piece of software are real processionals, who know what they are doing. I can't recommend this app enough - not only as a convenient way to order food, but also as a case study in UI design (it truly does stand out; it's simple yet functional, minimalist, yet includes everything neccessary).

Not possible to select and change app language. Good apps have option to override system language setting, but this app does not.

Slow and not responsive, can't order right now. It worked previously

Not a very good experience. The order tracking is very inaccurate - a lot of the time when I get my food the app still says it's being cooked. Also, there should be an option to choose which restaurant you want to deliver your order. I have several KFCs near me and for some reason the app always picks the one that's furthest away and has the least menu items available. Works marginally better for the pickup option, but sometimes my orders get served as take-away even though I chose dine in.

Spammy and scummy. The app sends promotional notifications with no ability to disable them separately from useful order notifications on the settings level.

Fine overall in my experience but selecting a restaurant to pick up food from is an absolute pain. You can't browse restaurants by name, you need to find and select them on the map. I know how to get from point A to point B by tram/bus but I don't know where these places are on the map. And this app requires me to know if I want to order something when I'm far away & pick it up as I arrive.
