Really helpful app. However, my biggest complaint is that when you need to put dates in, eg, birth dates or gotcha dates, you have to scroll through the entire calendar to find the date. Super irritating, especially if you have an older pet and have to scroll back many years. This should just be able to be manually input.

Love the app. Helps me keep all my pets' vet needs all in one simple place. My only issue is that I used to have my appointments automatically set on the app whenever I schedule them with the vet in person. But as of lately it hasn't been saving any of my appointments when I schedule with my vet. Not sure why it isn't saving them anymore would definitely change to 5 stars if I can have that issue fixed!

Update: the app keeps deleting my pets. I love having one place I can put all my pets info! I can see my appointments and reminders, make a to-do list, and find local vets. Still getting used to the app but so far I like it. I like the informational articles too.

Super helpful and intuitive. There's no searching this app for the features you need like some other apps I've used. Everything is located where you'd expect and is very quick and easy to get what you need.

Asks you to accept cookies about 5 times. Says you need to book separate appts to add services onto a wellness exam. The only other type of appt offered is med refill. No vaccinations listed. It knows your name, phone number & pets when you first install the app, but when you select an appt day & time, you have to fill it all out again. At least there is a comment box to type in what you need. Email confirmation does not list type of appt though. Not user friendly. Needs improvement.

Easy to use and very convenient, I have an old 3 legger that's 90lbs, this helps me keep track of his appointments and meds. He's 13 now and still crazy as ever and this app helps insure he'll get the care he needs to stay that way as long as possible

So far I haven't had any problems with pet desk. I've been using this for maybe 2 years now, and it is great for pet appointments and with the high prices of everything today, I get to save money by using points I have earned in previous visits. Anyways I don't want to take up too much of people's time by going on and on but yes this app is a must have ; especially if you have numerous pets.

Why can't I do this on their website? Why does it NEED to be another app to install? The app also seems to strongly push insurance, with two large "WANT INSURANCE?" buttons on key screens, and you cannot hide them. In addition, I would love to see information about my pet's vaccine history, so I know when they received each shot. I can't see that, but it does allow me to set up reminders for future vaccines? I need copies of my vaccine records and you'd think that would be listed somewhere.
