Total disaster: no show, no contact. I booked a week ahead of time for a small apartment move. I recieved a confirmation email and the app showed the move as confirmed. But then on the day of the move, they simply didn't show up. There was no contact information provided except email. I had to go ahead and assume they weren't coming--a very difficult decision--and scramble to find last minute movers. Lugg responded to me TWO DAYS LATER saying there must have been "a bug." Disasterous.

Please give this app the ability to show if there's even any Luggers available in your area at a given time...BEFORE putting a hold on a card or wasting our time. This was my first time attempting to use the service, only to be paying for a heavy item just as I try to request a Lugg and finding out that no one is available AFTER a hold was placed on my card.

The app crashes so much/doesn't work for anything outside the happy path. Here's something that's been broken for me for 6+ months: - attaching and removing photos from a lugg request - checking details on past luggs - referrals (you can send them, but can't redeem them) This app crashes a lot, but the service in the real world is pretty solid. I've ordered 5 XL luggs and they were nice, helpful, capable and well paced. I'll continue to order luggs but I'd like to see the bugs fixed.

My movers were great! they were both super friendly and helped me take some of my stuff apart to make it fit in the small truck. the only thing I would say about my experience is having to pay by the minute when the commute to my end point had an extra 20 minutes of traffic. But overall I would recommend! Thanks guys!

I've personally used this app twice for moving mattresses and TVs and bikes. Sometimes they are indeed late, but they do give small refunds if so. My last guy actually arrived early and it was a pretty quick job, the biggest problem with this service is it is way too expensive with tons of hidden fees. They initially told me we $42 and then it ended up being nearly $80. No respect

Good app but has a bug. The movers themselves were great, no issues. The only reason for 4 stars is because my Lugg order disappeared before the move was completed. So I couldn't track the arrival or contact the Luggers because Google Maps has the wrong location for my home. Luckily they called me and I was able to help them. If it had worked all the way I would give 5 stars. I'm willing to try the app again in the future.

Last year, they tried downgrading me to two vans when I ordered an XL, as I knew one of my items wouldn't fit in the van. This caused my hours of delay. When the XL finally arrived, the movers were quick. However, for payment, Chase Bank thought it was fraud and was blocking my transaction but I got it sent. Tried again this year and all my cards are getting blocked by Lugg so I can no longer use their service.

The app did not let me add a payment card and kept closing the app when doing so. I tried 6 times and deleted then reinstalled the app! I had to eventually use my laptop to do everything. The service was good and the movers were friendly. No complaints there. But what's the point of the app if I can't use it?!
