for the good of your mental health. Dont purchase this sim card, and yes according to other consumers the consumption is double for data compare to other network, given you can only use your data to location when you purchase the simcard. They have only particular places that you can use your internet, very limited location. Save your money. Customer service ? Dont bother yourself, its useless. I wasted loading up this month, and because of error on their apps It load up twice.

Poor network and cheat in data usage. I know there is always some difference in data usage if measured from carrier data usage counter and mobile counter. But this gigacoin thing is a total scam. My mobile data usage show 4.47gb in one month and the redbull app showing 12.4gb used. I am a tech guy and i know very well how much data i consume in one month. Its no way more than 6gb used by me in a single month so they are deducting way too much data which is a fraud.

*Very poor network and service* I have been using RedBull SIM for about four months now. Bought Mzaji 95 package twice time in three months. On which the internet worked fine. But the third time I bought the same package with 40% discount, then the internet became zero.Which I also complained through redbull app and also called the helpline 950. By which the internet is activated but its speed is very slow. Maybe I should change the network. I will also recommend others not to buy this SIM.

Worst network ever !!! I'm using Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. So, you know the phone is awesome. And the problem with network..!! Redbull's network showing H+ sometimes, very few times it changes to E. Sometimes shows 5G. I have STC E-sim 5G also. It works excellent. WHY REDBULL, YOUR SIM AT BAD NETWORK???

The problem solving is very very long. While my problem is very fatal, the first time I bought a quota, the quota did not come in. And now I have to buy a quota from another operator. I will change this comment if they quickly resolve my issue.

Only Saudi citizens and the residents can sign-in to this App. The Visit and Umrah Visa Holders can't register to this App. Either the App is to be reprogrammed for allowing all the SIM OWNERS to register the App. or the SIMs are not to be sold to them...

Very very very bad experience with redbull . I bought the sim with the package , and after activating the sim, stills didn't receive the data bundle . 3 times called the customer care but not yet finished my problem , almost 18 days finished.
