It has worked once for me. Opening to a login page is clunky. The UI for tools is extremely unfriendly to use and not very intelligent. The actual tools do not provide any useful information. The figures provided are wild estimates. Available real data is expexted, a complete opposite is what you get. It doesn't use specific account/plan parameters. The info it provides is nonspecific and nonapplicable. Does a little bit of nothing expected and not well. Website is far more capable and required

For nearly two years I've waited for the day that this app was updated to reflect Android design standards. The day has finally come! The app now allows me to use fingerprint to login, is actually designed well (and not a port of iOS), and presents information in a much more useful/logical manner. Still some bugs to work out (couldn't open the side menu after a login with fingerprint but worked after closing and reopening) and design to polish implement (some pages go back with a "done" options, while others have a back arrow on the navigation bar at the top) but overall, this is a MUCH appreciated update.

Works great...when it works The few times I've been able to use the app I was able to do what I needed....but the past month or two I keep getting "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." Very frustrating when I just want to see my statement.... I shouldn't have to turn my phone off for 5 minutes every time I want to use an app. Sometimes that works...but still SUPER FRUSTRATING!

I installed the app and everything is blank. I like using the apps but this one is completely broken. I loaded and unloaded it multiple times. Both from the link sent me and from the play store. Update for some reason this app started working after I did an restart of my phone. Still a 1 star until I see if it works. This is day one.

When the app works (allows login without "an unexpected error occurred" mesage) you can view snapshot of claims, benefits and able to send ID card to provider. All other info has to be through website login. An app is supposed to be for convenience. This app is more frustrating than helpful. Wish it would be fixed more often.

First of all... FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARROWED THROUGH TO GET TO YOUR BIRTHDAY...all you needed to do was click on the Year (at the top of the pop-up box) and a wheel comes up so you can scroll to select YOUR year...lol. As for the app...poorly designed. After entering my DOB, the blue circle just spins. I Force Stopped the app and tried clearing the cache, but still no luck.

The app is poorly designed. I wish I could set up my fingerprint biometric to log in with rather than have to type my password. Also, the claims list should be excel-like with sortable columns/rows for easier review of claims information. It would be really helpful, too, if you included the date the claim was processed and the doctors name. I still don't understand why you also don't provide the diagnosis/procedure codes.

Terrible. Not user friendly whatsoever, and it's one of the slowest apps I've ever used. The very few features that this app offers experience malfunctions and glitches every time I try to use them. I never write bad reviews, but this review is needed. Having no app is better than having one that never works. Finding in-network providers should not be this frustrating.
