Turvallisuussyistä PRESTO-sovellusta ei tueta juurtuneilla laitteilla.PRESTO-sovelluksella voit hallita korttiasi milloin ja missä tahansa. PRESTO-kortin lataaminen ei ole koskaan ollut näin helppoa.

Dark theme could help save the device battery and reduce eye strain during early morning or evening commutes. Widget needs updating. It doesn't have dynamic re-sizing and doesn't fit the homescreen grid. It'd be nice if billing information was saved and readily filled in for payments. Speeds up urgent fare payment if you skip that extra step. Biometric login needs an option for every time you launch the app, not just for when you log out and log back in. Most people don't use it like that.

Was working perfectly fine up until about 2 months ago. Out of every 10 taps, it'll go through MAYBE 4 times. I have the s24, ik where the nfc is. This is incredibly frustrating when I have a train/bus to catch, and I miss it because this blasted tap feature doesn't work. I can tap debit and everything else, EXCEPT presto. Whatsmore, I use a monthly pass, and sometimes, when I tap, it'll have an error message saying too many cards, then automatically switch to my debit and charge me! fix this

Update Seriously, what good is biometrics? If when you try to login after a month or a week. You have to re-sign in manually. Because you haven't opened up the up in a while. That's because I don't need too If you turn biometrics on, it should stay on! Even after an update, even after 30 days, even year It's biometrics. It's on your phone. And it's way more secure Old Seriously add monthly top up option... amount like $50 to be added every First of the month.

One of the worst apps I have seen, just looking at amount of 1 star ratings can scare you... update from 2019 to 2025, nothing changed, app keeps crashing on s23 while trying to login. As other reviews point..still very poor app, do not see any improvement since 2019. Will not change from 1 star.

The app doesn't open alot of the time. Will go to check it for my young son in the morning before heading off to school and I wait and wait. That little image draws itself at the bottom of the screen over and over and never opens!! Very frustrating!

This would be a fine app if it wasn’t crashing or kicking me out my account half the time. This is why I always carry the physical presto card, none of the virtual presto resources are reliable especially if you're stuck in a bind. Hopefully one 🙏🏿 day this app gets a developer that deeply truly cares about optimizing presto across all platforms.

Great app that does what it needs to do. Issues: As of 2.1.18, app won't load half the time, gets stuck playing the launch animation. I appreciate the addition of MFA Support but it is is limited to the most insecure type of MFA, SMS; Please add the ability to use an authenticator app/device.

The best feature? When they send you a verification code and then let you know that's the wrong code. You sent me the wrong code? Interesting. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Waste of space.
