This app is the worst app ever installed. In fact, I feel like uninstalling it. But unfortunately, it's refused. Mine when my phone was locked 🔒 if you wanted to enter into it, it refused that force me to withdraw my line and put it in another phone, then I paid with it. The services are good. Only that the data which Mkopa gives me every day can not work to the extent that it can't be used to unlock the phone. I have to first load data. My humble request is that restrictions on given data should be removed. Imagine it can't even unlock phone.

Very very awful .....I have a G21 Nokia phone and it started switching itself off and would only switch on when the battery was depleted....the frequency is now very high like switching off once in a day of which is very inconvenient especially your having an emergency and the worst bit is am only left with a Kshs 450 debt which makes it highly unlikely for them to change my phone of which leaves me with a useless phone...feeling frustrated.. Worst app ever ..feel cheated ...buy at your own risk

It's been very nice . Unfortunately, they've run away from me at a time I needed them most. I cleared my loan, now they say am not qualified for another one. Even those I've been woing into the app are now discouraged. I've been in touch through this number in watsup but they say if the app says you are not qualified, that's it. We have no idea how else one isn't qualified and till when. Some who became interested in mkopa services through us are now drawing back!

The app is fantastic in the sense that you can access a loan after having paid some money even though you have not finished paying the whole amount required for the device.The only problem is that you don't give loans once some one completes paying the phone,this is so demoralizing for many customers to encourage other people to seek for your services.

Finished paying my mkopa phone sometime time on February with good attributes, which in turn made me eligible for loan services. The only problem I've noticed is you guys only offer the Loans at a certain time(months) frame of your choosing. Which makes it difficult to access when needed once the time frame ends. I think the Loans should be easily accessible anytime, so that once we need it, we can easy access it anytime we need.

I am giving you one star,my experience has been frustrating. I took a phone on mkopa,I paid well without fail, and I borrowed a loan whereby by I finished paying on time. I had emergency and I want to apply for another loan,unfortunately I was denied access. The phone still says locked, and I don't qualify for the loan. I called customer care and I was told the same thing. It's very demoralising for more clients.

The app so great and provides helpful services to the customers...I personally I enjoyed their service being a networker where I lost my phone and I needed another one immediately and I had no enough money to purchase another one,,once I came across m kopa all my problems were solved and the good thing about them it that they offer cash loans..
