It's not completely useless, but it has a lot of short-commings both in the UI and UX. The search for final destination is not intuitive at all. A simple search button in the top left, for example, will greatly reduce friction while using the app. Also, multi-language support must be perfectly executed in an app like this, because the target audience of such an app is usually tourists, who may not speak Bulgarian. since the last update it's awfully slow on every single phone that I've used it just to check. Neither on IOS or Android is working as fast as before. Please if there is a way to fix it and to be as it was, make it happen. I'm struggling with catching the bus on time because of the slow app...

Tourists need transport too, and since Burgas is a tourist destination you would imagine a bit of thought would go into this app and the main website to offer a 'switch to English' option.

Can't set my home address and the map choosing is not letting select ok.

They are sorry but they can't show me the chosen routes or ticket prices. Useless app.

You can find e.g.Sozopl in app as a destination but app does work only for destination inside Burgas...

I wants to buy a ticket and set up an account. I need a city card number. I'm in burgas 1 day. I will not make cards for this reason. The FAQ is in Bulgarian
