The app is helpful but still lacking many features like: 1) ability to share the trip schedule and arrival time. 2) lack of the wallet system that would help when the client is not are not having the exact trip cost nor the driver has the change 3) the evaluation page for the driver disappears quickly. It gives the impression that the company doesn't really care about the quality of the service provided by the driver. Regarding the services: 1) security is an issue: different car and driver 2)

it's a pretty good app, easy to use and it has a very simple interface, the only downgrade is that sometimes in critical times drivers do no accept the trip, its really annoying. To be perfectly honest the app is amazing, it surely helped me a lot, but although the drivers are nice but they are not reliable, and from every 5 trips I make there are at least one time the driver do not show up in the car shown in the app! that's why I'm giving this a 3 star rating!

The maps are not accurate sometimes. Most of the drivers can't read maps and don't know the routes. Moreover, majority of drivers usually don't have change , for example if the ride costs 62 and you give 70 normally no change goes back to the passenger.

Drivers are being picky about where to pick the clients. I'm not impressed to be honest. Where's the accountability for the drivers. More often than not a car with a different make and licence number arrives to pick the client and so security features are lacking

What a nice app.. but I have only one problem. when I go any where from my home which is in khartoum (Alozozab) to any where at the east side of my home like airport street. amarat. khartoum2 ... the cost is reasonable. but at the journey back the app is always choose (Al-hawa) street . which increase the cost very much. so if you just fixed this problem I'll be satisfied cause I use this app alot.. In previous edition, one could tell the cost of the trip during booking. This aspect has been eliminated. Please put it back. Otherwise I have been using Tirhal for one year and am a happy customer.

it's very good solution when you need it .so I you to improve it such as maps and locations of the customer and driver many places are not available in the app I wish you make changes and add more information inform to the app. thanks

i have no problem with the app but the drivers. its known more than half of them don read maps and its dificult to use it if you are new to khartoum, because you have to tell the drivers where you are most of the time.
