When it works it's good. But more than half the times it does not work. Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I try to open the app. ***updating review. No connectivity issue fixed in last update, it worked for a while, but now it's saying there are no accounts linked to my profile, I try to link an account but it keeps saying "we're unable to fulfill your request"

Very bad experience the app is hard to find the settings it is hard to register credit card, I don't know why one should go through this painstaking process of registering credit card. The app is only good for notifications on whether you pay your bill or when bill is available. Payment options poor. More need to be done to improve the gui user friendliness and help assistance. A lot of jps customers are living overseas and are willing to pay with PayPal, western union, and credit cards and more

Had an outage and was able to report it. App shows multiple outages reported AND power was restored, but NO power still and no timestamps other than the date, with multiple outages in same area on the same date. Timestamps for information is a necessity. Cannot reach anyone to get an accurate update on power restoration. Cannot see current usage outside of monthly bill, which isn't helpful for daily tracking. Payment method verification for is dumb and a lot of energy.

This app is convenient. I have access to my bills and due date for my bills, and it also lets me know what my projected bill will look like. I have also used the app to pay my bills and log outages. Would give 5 stars, but sometimes (a good amount of times) the projected bill amount feature is down.

September 29, 2024 update: Your team did not close an open case that was resolved weeks ago. Now the case is still open after asking twice already and I'm unable to log an outage report because the system says the old one is still open. Live chat is not 24/7, 7 days a week, and credit to call in is not cheap. I'm renewing my call for the ability to cancel or close a case I've submitted as it's clear I can't always depend on your team to do it.

3 stars rating because it is so much better than the old one: it actually works except for a few important issues. The payment is taken from your card but says the transaction was unsuccessful. You have to close the screen then close an error screen as well. You get a notification from the app to your email saying the transaction was successful but your account is still saying outstanding. This should be like the flow app which is immediately reflected. Fix these issues JPS & you have a winner!

It was a quick and easy way to report any outages or issues and to keep track of bill and payment information...until it stopped working. With this app, I was never able to track my usage throughout the month which was the primary reason I downloaded it. The budget feature also did not work for me, which was another feature I had looked forward to using. Deleted the app and about to download again so let us see if it works this time around.

While the app was working it was good.It is easy to use and good content. It was easy to track usage and make payments hassle free. I was never able to successfully use the customer service feature or to report an outage. Those features has never worked for me. Now, I keep getting error messages to "Try again" once there's an attempt to open the app and "Oops, you're profile doesn't have an account." The app has great potential but needs work to be optimal and efficient. Fix it please.
