This app has gotten stuck in a loop more times then I can count on my fingers. Especially when you are taking a Lunch break, or trying to log in the morning or when you can't get your survey done because it won't upload the pictures in your gallery. I can click on the image I want and this app won't upload the image. Let's see, the support staff needs to work on uploading, location finder, the infinite looping to name a few

The recent update is causing errors when trying to log in, and when trying to access various menu options. Continous issues with "Geo" Location. I've given all access to everything to NI and still checking in "out of area" while standing inside the store. Menu windows are difficult to view data when opened, they don't expand. Why can't we export the calander?

This app has actually gotten a lot better. It used to be trash. You can actually get through the day without it crashing or saying that you're out of location. The scan in app option can use a little work. Overall it's a good app now. Update* Having trouble with it a lot lately. Causing my phone to restart. Stopped working during the middle of my work today. I can't do anything. Can't even get on the website. This is unacceptable.

I've used several apps for different Merchandisers, I use NI for two of them for several years. I don't have a whole lot of problem with the exception of sometimes its switched inexplicably to computer (or non-phone) mode (and I can never figure how to get it back except to unisintall) and I can't see things as well. In the last 6-10 months there is some glitch that doesn't enable me to schedule on the last day available, I have to initially schedule any day before and then I can switch later

If I could award worst app I've ever used it would be this one! Lags terribly and slow to boot up, when the blue check in bar is lit and I go to press it will auto change to "out of area" I've gotten complaints from my employer because of this many times. Most times the app cannot even find my location. Clicked keep me signed in but signs me out always. Finally the app needs to be refreshed every few minutes to even bring up my schedule or check in button! This app is just plain terrible!

Been using this app for work the last year and I really wish we didn't. Constantly crashes on my phone. Keep getting kicked out of the program when taking pictures. Thank goodness my company gave us tablets, works better on that then my phone but will have same issues, just not as often. Have to keep going to the website to finish or even start my work. I went out and replaced my phone thinking it was to old and nope same issues with a newer one..

Oh my god, I hate this app. Ever since Movista took over, it is just so irritating to use. It's like it has a mind of its own; it schedules visits on the first due date, not the last, so it always looks like you're past due. If you hit the back button, you have to log in all over again. The map icon is way too close to the pull down menu, so I always accidentally hit maps, then I have to hit 'back,' and then I have to log in all over again. The homepage loads so slowly, too.

This app is the absolute worst part of my otherwise amazing job. I've never rated an app at all but it's absurd! Constantly switches from online to offline even though I have network connection. This causes issues uploading photos. Utterly infuriating! The constant online/offline switch only got worse updating. I am about to have an all out nervous breakdown being required to use this POS app. Wifi and cell network does the same bs. Also will not geolocate, just gets stuck loading. Zero stars!
