I’ve had constant issues with GymNation, always having to go back and forth to get things resolved. Now, after completing my 1-year contract, I’m being forced to pay for an additional one-month notice period to cancel, which was never mentioned when I joined. The lack of transparency and the ongoing hassle is really disappointing. Not recommended

I keep getting a pop-up to provide feedback to a class. I can't submit my feedback, only cancel it. Unfortunately once I cancel it every page I move to I get the pop-up again. This needs to be fixed as a top priority

The gym is quite average and doesn't stand out. The main issue is that it's overly crowded, accepting more members than it can handle. Many of the patrons are undisciplined, leaving weights scattered and not sharing machines. Gymnation staff need to scout the premises every now and then, but they overlook these scenarios.

This app is a disaster, this made me wait for long time infront of the parking gate several time. After that I called them and security open the gate for me. Annoying.

Some staff is really helpful and others are just rude and disrespectful specially fawaz It was the receptionist who was being rude and was on the phone while I was standing there waiting for his response

Hate those qr codes, they are not working more than working, allways need to restart, log out, log In, go to reception, access cards was better

Amazing App! Easy to use, very convenient, good user experience, and you can easily book your classes based on your preferred location. You can also track your workouts! Best Gym! Professional trainers, helpful & friendly staff, nice classes, energetic and experienced instructors who always hype you up. Great classes that will definitely help you reach your goals. New machines, VR rooms (for some classes), & very modern! Clean ambience, clean dressing rooms, and toilets.
