Perfectly useless app for LDV vehicles because they don't have Android Auto. This app does not work and will not allow maps to be mirrored to the vehicle screen while the vehicle is in Drive. Perfection in uselessness.

Is there any support for this app? I am forced to use this app, because it's the only way to get Navigation on the screen of my car. 1. Once connected to my android phone, there is a menu on the left of the screen, which you can't get rid of, which screws up the aspect ratio of the screen mirrored. 2. You still need to be connected to bluetooth if you want to listen to music / podcasts from your phone, but if you want to listen to the car radio, you must disconnect qdlink. We have no choice...

Constant screen freezing meaning you have to reinstall the app to get functions back, have to press start everytime you plug it in seems pointless, once you have given initial permissions this shouldn't be needed. When stationary why won't it play the Netflix screen? Plays the audio fine, plays YouTube fine, but not on streaming stuff. No other option available for my vehicle so have to put up with it, hopefully the app will improve or I may just avoid using it and go back to phone mount option.

After so many bad reviews the team at LDV still want to use this rubbish of an App. An App that not even the LDV technicians know how to fix and have actually recommended that I better invest in an aftermarket unit. My App continues to crash, black and blue screens and sometimes the screen just freezes. The only bypass to this ridiculous App is to uninstall and reinstall. Sick of doing this over and over again. Time for LDV to give everyone $1,200 AUD so we can buy a decent system.

Unlike the old Maxim about eating Chinese and eagerly going back for more - this offering is best consigned to the trash bin. Perhaps i can get their attention by sailing into the South China sea and asking one of their sailors to fix this useless app.

Using QDLink in my Geely Okavango. You can even use your phone using the multimedia screen in your car. It is usable for Google Maps and Waze (you can even add other apps like Spotify, Messenger and Netflix). But it does not allow you to add YouTube. Maybe due to Google restrictions. There is no option to adjust the resolution. The menu takes up 30% of the screen and the opened app is small. Please put an option to hide the menu. And automatic resolution to maximize the screen.

On Proton x50 (Geely Coolray/Binyue) , this is the provided workaround. The app mirrors the phone screen to the car display. It's by no means a replacement for Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, but it works. A major downside is that the phone screen must always be on. The moment you lock your phone screen, the car display also turns off. Also, the app doesn't cast your phone audio. I have to connect to the car via Bluetooth to have audio played through the car sound system.

The app is really good and responsive especially great functionality allowing you to control from the screen your Android device, however, the side bar on the screen takes so much of the space and cannot do Fullscreen mode for Androids, only Apple. I am willing to pay subscription just for a full screen mode, that's how much I'd like to see it. I have Geely Coolray 2024 and it's just a shame not being able to fully use that large screen. Hopefully developers will fix this in the near future!
