Alright at best. I don't understand why your app, needs to have access to Bluetooth pairing. It is interfereing with my other apps, that I actually have devices connected using Bluetooth. If you can correct this error, so your app isn't taking priority, I'll give your app 5 stars and a better review. Thank you for your time and consideration.

To be honest, I have never liked this app. It constantly logs you out so you have to put your info in again, constantly throughout my route I'll scan a QR and it says that I'm not where I am. I have to put it on airplane mode scan it then sync it, just to make it safe a scan. Now, after this new update the QR scanner hardly works at all. I have to get close then pull back repeatedly to get a scan. Junk the whole app and start over. I wish I could give negative stars.

Recent update removed biometric verification for logging in, slowing down use. Update also removed the ability to have the light automatically come on at a scan during a scanning tour. The app will also request permissions for access every time u open it, slowing down use. It will ask even when u have previously set preferences. This app needs to make use more efficient.
A Google user
The app works most of the time. However it needs to be able to sync with other devices. Since I use phone while patrolling and laptop or tablet to do report. I would like to be able to log in on either and continue to work, where it left off. At the moment I can not do this. One device at a time. If I log out of either device I can't continue on other. This part really sucks. If I'm working a long shift and my phone of computer fails, I would have to start all over. That's is such a waste of time. This is now getting annoying, photos do not upload. Someone please fix this

Can't choose 0 stars. Having to constantly re-enter my credentials makes me think of an application from the 1980s. For it to be anywhere considered modern it would be wise to have the option to have credential saved as well as using multi-factor authentication. Frequently it takes me up to 10 to 15 minutes just to clock out and that involves having to kill the application and reauthenticate multiple times which only adds to the frustration.

Overall I'm sure it's a very good app. What I don't like is it is constantly running in the background, I'll turn it on when I need it. 😐 Also not really suitable for any off job site work, if you happen to be running an errand or delivery you can't punch out, if you're not in the GPS location.🤙🏼

Can't rate this app lower than a 1 star. Otherwise I would. It's horrible it doesn't work properly and it constantly keeps logging me out. I have to keep restarting it every time I want to rescan something. It buffers a lot in between scans. I wish they would make an app that actually works properly so that we can do our job correctly.

Your latest update looks to fixed some issues on android and thays nice and all but get rid of the "allow location when not in use" notification request ever single time I go to wake up my screen. No you cannot have access all the time. This is my device I have to use for work and you may not allow access to my location when not in use. There's no need for you to have that permission and you will not. Now get rid of that pop up.
