Te food was great. I just don't understand what's the point of getting a combo and you know you got a combo meal and they forget to put an item in there (if that item is with the combo) and they tell you it's optional.. umm no. I'll just start screen shooting my orders from now on. I want my pancakes. Cause it's part of the order not order NOT AN OPTION. that's for the drinks and other items.

The app is ok but has glitches. Like I can't see my rewards. I always get the error message, "We are having trouble reaching rewards. Please try that again." I have to log on to the website to see & redeem rewards. Also, sometimes the app says I can't order (usually around midnight) even though ihops are 24hrs in my town and they ARE accepting orders. I have to drive to the store, order, then wait. I like your food. Please fix the app issues. Thanks!

There's no cyber security to protect your account from being hacked into even after changing your password multiple times. So don't save any payment methods in your account. It's impossible to cancel any orders once you've discovered your account was hacked into. Additionally, when you send a request for them to delete your account and personal data from their system, they reject your request asking for more verification. Which is absurd when they couldn't even stop hackers.

I've never had an issue with the app before but I haven't used it in a while and had to update it. Now it closes out every time I try to check my personal info. When I go to see my rewards it says error. I thought the update was supposed to fix glitches but this one created them for me. Do better, it's annoying and not user friendly.

The app is never available when needed. Every time we go to use the app for the rewards we get the error message that rewards can't be reached. That means we can't use the earned rewards or get credit for the new rewards. This has been going on for over a year now. I end up emailing customer service for help every time if I remember. Very inconvenient.

The food is great and everything. I always have a fun time eating it,And or ordering, however, the reason why I didn't give it a five stars because anytime you do order and there's a set time behind it, you spends Much longer time than expected, I ordered a food at 11:00 and set a time of picking it up at 12:00, and I didn't really get it until 12:50. The app also doesn't tell someone when a food's outstock. So when you order something, they tell you, they don't have it. Everything else is great

Couldn't get the app to display rewards page to upload points. Sent an email, screenshot and copy of receipt to guest relations and just keep getting the same identical system generated email even though they tell you to feel free to reply directly to the email. From the volume of other reviews I'm seeing about the same issue, it looks like you're going to start seeing a decline in same store reorder rate. Version 4.8.6 and yes I did sign in. Rewards finally loaded and now receipt is expired.

Hadn't been a while, so I haven't opened the app, but we recently went twice--once on vacation in CA and once at home in AZ--and the rewards don't work. It prompted an update and now has an issue, so I can't log the coins. But it seems like the rewards don't work at all, based on other reviews. Disappointing.
