With all the glitches mentioned below that I experienced I was eventually able to place an order some time ago. However for a while now the app and the internet page will not let me place an order. It keeps saying "fill out all fields" even though I have, and it refuses to go past that page so my order never goes through. It happens over and over. Both in app and internet page!!!!

I was able to use it one time after downloading the app but now I can't even open it. It just sits on the white page with the 99 logo then after about 30 seconds says some sort of 'value doctype' error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and a restarted my phone. I was able to give the waitress my phone number so she could pull the reward we had and assign the visit but I really don't like doing that where people can hear it. Please fix this.

This app is absolutely terrible. Constantly freezes, scrolling side-to-side doesn't work. It is incredibly slow and laggy. It's been a good six months since this app was changed and has barely been working. I find it incredible that nobody at the 99 company or the app developer has noticed that there's significant issues with this app. Please fix it. Now. And if you can't just put it back the way it was before you broke it, please.

App is un-usable. I just got it for the first time and it is so slow, glitchy and freezes so bad that I gave up to put an order because it was taking so long to function. Also when signing up, it gave the "option" to opt into emails or not, but would not let you continue to the next step unless you opted in. So it forces you to check "opt into email" to continue even though typing in your email is "optional." I'm prepared to receive a bunch of junk emails now even though I will probably uninstal

This app hasn't been updated in a year but needs a complete overhaul. It never sends an email when resetting your password, is too easy to accidentally empty the cart just by going back from checking an item, and when ordering curbside it checks ASAP as the default time but in reality doesn't acknowledge it (you have to select Delayed time and then re-elect ASAP to get it enabled). At a time when people are using apps regularly for food you'd think they'd do better than this.

The food is fine, but the app is horrible. It freezes often and doesn't remember what restaurant I chose or my car or the food in my cart. I always have to start over from the beginning. I have completed orders from the app, but sometimes I just give up after it freezes a few times in a row. Also I can't seem to use the rewards I've earned. It just says it's invalid and one of the times erased my order after trying to use the reward so I have to make it again...

I don't get the point of this app. It says check in 3 times for a reward after signing up. But there is no way to check in! It gives you a check-in code that does nothing & goes nowhere. There is no way to pay for your meal in the app. I had to scan the paper ticket and go to a third-party website. I was not credited in the app because there is NO WAY TO DO SO. So: no real functionality, no reward perks, no way to get them. Useless.

UPDATE 2024: this app is still complete garbage. nothing fixes the issues. 2023 review: This app absolutely sucks. The app takes forever to move around in. It's so slow I feel like I'm using an app made on dial up internet. This needs to be updated to work faster and more efficiently. It's as if no one uses it or knows how it actually works. Terrible app. If I could give it a zero I would.
