Initially I had some issues with connectivity, but once the switchboard team was made aware of my complaints they did everything in their power to resolve them. Michael was extremely receptive to suggestions, and even made alterations to the app to suit my needs. If you have any issues, definitely reach out to support. Excellent ELD for small fleets.

This is the good thing: So this program's works great, all functions work, not bad interface, i can't see IFTA in my applications, might be an extra.. Bad things: Driver one has Break Request (30)min, but if there is a driver two, the option for driver two is missing on the same device, but that is not too bad. Just wanna tell you that this device show on the screen everything good but when you send e-mail to DOT inspector you will be surprised with Undefined driver, which will be in the same e-mail with your log books and we are a team driver and we got Out of Service for 10H. This problem is not from yesterday. Just type " Top 5 Devices Without a Contract" in google and you will see description stating clearly “Clunky carrier log edits” and “Unidentified Driving tools require improvement”. To conclude we got pulled over and we try to explain to the officer that the log book in the email is not signed by us or has our names on it, but officer told us that this is not his problem. So this device have FMCSA Registration, is approved to make tickets probably. 4/28/19 Update: Problems that have with this application is fixed and everything work right now. .... I'm happy . ))))))

Yrs, Finally the update is there and I update the app and now the app doesn't work. I go to start the day with on duty pre trip, Enter in the information, And nothing happens. Switch over to view logs, It shows that it went on duty not driving, Switch back over to the driver page and it says that I'm off duty. Manually switch to driving mode and it has for all the pretrip information again. Enter into driving mode and start driving and it's just freezes there. How do I uninstall the update?

Since March of 2021, Switchboard has replaced my tablet 3 times due to tablets malfunctioning. I'm on my 4th tablet and it's a different brand, so hopefully it keeps working. After the 3rd tablet, I downloaded the app on my phone. I have a S21 ultra. My phone did an automated update a few weeks ago and deleted the app and I can not download app again. Got a new phone, and as soon as the update happens, I cannot download the app. I guess the app and the new updates are not compatible.

App works Great for me , been using it for a year now , company does a good job evolving and staying on top of mandated changes with udates ,basic Services free with Hardware purchase but looking at their subscription Services they run deep, minor glitches here and there but that's to be expected, I've used three different eld's they all have user issues I've had to work around, good edit function proper and flexible, I use the free variation and it certainly adequate for me.

I was the 29th purchaser of this program and to be honest I have had my issues but as this company keeps evolving I do see significant improvements as they have brought on good techs and reps. I was always able to speak to someone whenever I had problems.Just remember to always carry a paper logbook in case you do have an issue and let Switchboard know as soon as you can get a hold of them. I also know that you must stay up on the updates or problems may develop Good ELD and good representation.

Probably the worst eld I have ever used. On occasion it likes to not switch over to drive. I wouldn't mind the extra drive time, but I'd rather not pay the man any more than he is due. This log can go a couple of days without recording any information on your truck. You could be in California with the last ping in Missouri. Don't count on its miles for ifta. Save yourself some money and write it down old school. Other than that, it's easy to use.

Very disappointed with the customer support. I'm having a lot of issues with this application crashing. Update September 2019: The app has gotten very stable and haven't seen any issues in months. So good job!
