Autobackup randomly stops uploading midway but i cant get it to try again it says please wait for new files to upload. I never saw the percent or specific file uploading again. No sharing integration in explorer Please add a back button on web

Hi, I'm a premium user and the app is OK but have some recommendations to make it better: 1. Add grid view for better preview specially for images. 2. Add preview for RAW images. 3. Add export to Instagram feed and story. 4. The download and upload speed rate can be more faster. I will continue using the app, It's OK because have good sync options but will be great with some improvments.

If I could give a big fat ZERO stars I would. I've been using this company for many years. It wasn't the best but for the price it was a good deal. Recently and after an upgrade my small JPEG and DOC files are failing to upload. I contacted support and I have never in my LIFE experienced such poor customer service. It's like talking to five year olds! For the past 4 days I've been exchanging emails with them in which they just keep asking the same question!!! They have NO clue why the files are not uploading. They are rude, unfriendly and very unpleasant to deal with. Don't waste your time with this company. If you have lots of files, it will take MONTHS to upload everything and then when you face a technical difficulty, there is no support what so ever. I will be switching to Dropbox now. Just a couple $$ more and no headaches!!!!

Complete fraud. Service doesn't provide any refund. I mistakened opendrive for onedrive which of course everybody recommends. Payed for annual subscription but immediately requested money back when I realised how slow and not user friendly storage is. No refund was granted. Even when I requested through my bank. Even though I literally didn't use storage at all. I wouldn't recommend trust your data to somebody who fight over your 70$. Horrible experience.

Great syncing app that works on all of my devices. I have used cloud storage apps for the past several years and open drive is by far the best one yet. They have a free version and a paid version and I can tell you from experience that if you have a lot of data that you want to be kept safe then the paid version is well worth every penny.

Crappy company and app, worthless. NOTE: WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL. I did a mass transfer and it failed, on 2nd day asked to cancel and for refund of money taken for first month. Was told that's not within their policy and it took many more messages to get them to cancel my account. Never again! Dropbox, Google Drive...literally try anyone but these guys!

Ima user from their online site.. was slow so i got their PC app and that worked much faster and much better settings.. and I love the app for phone.. here is pretty useful for my work. And easier to see your work when you're out or working far from your PC.

Really horrible and trashy experience. Auto Backup doesn't work. Not file organisation. Backup is slow and miserable. Interface is generally horrible. Such a terrible app and a waste of money.
