I was a but shocked at the poor reviews of this app but then I realized that some of them are for the previous version of this app. It got a complete overhaul in late 2023. The app is solid, it has never glitched on me. Gemma and her team are very responsive to suggestions for new Tom rocks episodes. It's definitely worth the monthly fee. If you have adult ADHD get this app. The guided sessions will keep you on track! Body doubling at its finest.

I've used the app's checklist feature for a while: it's basic, but helpful for someone like me who gets overwhelmed by housework easily. I recently started a free trial to try out some guided cleaning sessions and like them well enough that I will probably keep it. My only beef is that sometimes the app crashes mid cleaning and there's no easy way to get back to where you were. Ideally, it wouldn't crash at all, but bookmarks would be nice, especially for non app related pauses.

Unable to get support to reset password. I've checked all email inboxes, including junk, and it has not been sent. While admittedly, it's been ages since I used the app, it's completely useless now. I would even be willing to repurchase to get it back, but I can't do that either. Great response time here! Email sent awaiting reply for assistance. I sent an email to support on 11/29 NO RESPONSE. Resent 12/11. Waiting again.

I really love her on YouTube and the motivation button is nice.. I just wish there was a to do list you could cross off with the little satisfying ding when you get it done, some notifications and a widget to put on the phone, maybe a place to put your schedule for the day, then it would be perfect! You can always use the Google calendar app but I like the color scheme of organized mum better..

I really enjoy the concept of Tom Rocks. I had subscribed previously and paused for about 6 weeks (summer holidays). I've tried using it again and it just crashes, each time. I've contacted the support team and apparently it's an issue with the developers. I've been through all their suggestions, have deleted the app and reinstalled, deleted my TOMM account and created a new one, deleted cache, history, etc, but nothing has worked. Haven't had a response back in over a week.

Love this method, followed it in and out for years. Decided to download the app and pay for subscription but tom rocks always cuts out whether using my own music or not. I keep having to go back into it and figure where I was. Hopefully this is something that can be rectified as i would love to be able to use it properly

For your money you get a list of rooms to clean and what to do. To customise your clean (the only way of making this app useful without paying more such as everything else this app advertises) you spend ages doing it to find that it doesn't update in the main portal you use to tick off jobs. Twice I've contacted the app and no response yet. No effort to sort issue which has been previously mentioned on other reviews. Policy refuse refunds even though googleplay says to contact them.

I love the concept but keep trying to customise clean/swap days and it doesn't follow through on the home page. Have tried resetting to the original schedule and even still it isn't correct when I check through the days off the week
