We are now 11 months in since the last major update, and the same issues persist: No longer continually crashes on Android 12. However, a subsequent update broke the ten-minute reminder, which now occurs at ten hours. Also, the times on the slide to choose the length of your session don't line up with the time printed above it. Lastly, it no longer provides a notification when the time has expired. You know, basic parking stuff. Author notified in May 2022; was thanked, never fixed.

Ive used similar appr to this for other places with good results... with this one I had a terrible experience. I followed all the steps paid for it, but the parking meter did not reflect the payment. Happily I noticed before leaving, or I could have ended up with a ticket like many users here. I had to search around for loose change since I rarely carry any. They charge a convenience fee for this inconvenience... don't bother with this app.

I didn't like my experience with this app. Like some others have mentioned, I paid for my parking via the app. However, it doesn't register on the parking meter, which, of course, led to getting a ticket anyway. The app maker or moreso the city needs to ensure synchronization between app and meter. Unless it's a money grab by the city to collect parking fees? Not worth the time or effort to drive back to White Plains during a workday to dispute. It just seems dubious. I wouldn't recommend this.

Yea this app needs a full revamp it's not a quick use your better off doing it in person The same way you can look up your zone you should be able to look up your space number not starting from 1 and sliding to the thousands that's ridiculous I'm sure this can easily be added but probably won't

Used to work great. Suddenly stopped recognizing any parking spots as valid a few weeks ago. (Got a ticket of course, since I was already on the train when I realized this). And since then it no longer works. After a reinstall, it doesn't even open anymore.

I have money on the pre loaded wallet because I was using this app nearly daily. About a month ago, it just stopped finding the zones and if it found the correct zone, said my parking space wasn't available. I'd just like a refund at this point. It's <$10, but still. It's the principle.

instead of paying a fee to a for-profit company, the city should be managing this service. How many WP employees have been removed in this transition. Where are our taxes going if we have to pay a fee to pay for ever-increasing parking costs? It's outrageous! Also, it"s deceitful that the handling fee is not presented up front. The signs posted in the lots should make this very clear.

Be very cautious if you use this app. I was still given a parking ticket even after paying for a parking spot with this app. It is unclear if the app failed to communicate my payment with the enforcement officer or if they were just being careless. Nonetheless I'm now stuck with a parking ticket. The only way to contest the ticket is in person, which is not the worth the hassle for me (I live in NJ). I will never use this app again nor do I recommend it to others.
