Wants to continually send authentication codes, but when I swap over to email or text, get the code and come back it says it lost internet connection and starts over. Got 5 bars, so that's malarkey. Sounds like the software is so needy it can't stand you looking away for a few seconds to follow the directions *>IT'S <* giving you. Also doesn't recognize my fingerprint for log in like it used to do. Got latest update to see if it resolved itself. Still has same problems.

Not very good at all. 3 stars says A Lot. Just when you think your company could not get cheaper, this garbage excuse of an app appears. Like, no attempt to be practical for the users. Basic functions are hindered. Functions that no other app on my device has ever had issues with. It even asks for an update when already being up to date. That should tell you all you need to know.

What a horrible app. You can't add any comments to clocking in or out, because once the app pulls up the phone keyboard, you can't close it! The app does not allow you to scroll lower despite the keyboard taking up half your screen. I have not tried to use whatever other features of this app because of the garbage ui coding on this most commonly used function.

You keep changing my password! it changed in the middle of me using the app. It won't even log on with the same password anymore and I'm locked back out. every time I have to contact my employer? This the second time it's happened in a year. I need access to my pay stubs. Can you please get your act together!🤬 P.s. forgot to mention it's so broke that it won't even recognize my fingerprint as my own password. I don't remember changing my fingerprint. 🤔

I find it difficult to navigate and believe the app should have more features from the full site such as being able to see attendance points. Update 10-4-24:the app is terrible it constantly will not allow you to log in using biometrics and will not remember my device. Full features still not available as they are on the website

Horrible. Consistently makes me log in with username and password instead of allowing fingerprint. On top of that, it won't let my phone save my login information. When will companies and developers learn that making login more difficult doesn't necessarily make it more secure? App also prompts to update, then freezes making me clear the app and log back in. Just an absolute mess.

Please fix the technical issues. This is a must for work and I HATE this app. Says there's an update but there is not and will not load anything if you click close on the update window, will not load time clock, and constantly tells me I need a verification code to sign in on the same device I've been using for three years now. If I didn't want to be paid for working I would delete this POS app without a second thought.

it's been over five years and still this app stinks. it the worst app I ever had the chance to use. I can't imagine anyone using it without going completely crazy. if I had one word to say to the designer or developer of this app would be "disaster". no stars at all.
