I have subscribed to a 1TB 5G internet line on STC and my signal is the worst since the last 2 months. I have only one bar or 2 bar signal and this is absolutely not acceptable. I had even called STC customer service for assistance and they couldn't do anything. I think we will all have to change to Zain if this continues.

I can't login for more than a month, i can login my account on the website with no issues but login always unsuccessful on the app. Update: now application is working fine but still needs more improvements compared to other mobile service providers in Kuwait.

I submitted complain regarding port in issue before 2 weeks i couldn't send and receive the SMS, it is very important but still STC Fail to give me a solution regarding the issues. kindly responsible person follow up this issue please. already speak to customers suport more than 15 times still issue is same

Too much bugs need to fix You can not sign to the app or paying by Visa on the Android and IOS please update your app so we can continue our contracts with you please update your app

The app Lack's of maturity , have to uninstall the app then reinstall it after each update... U need to test it before publishing it

I don't know how a huge communication company like STC has a piddling junk application like this ! Every 2 days the application stopped biometric sign in and asked to login by using ID number!! then can't login untill I follow a OT pass again ! Really this application is useless 😔
