Just installed the latest update with the new calendar. I hate it. Half my booked days have disappeared. The print is now so small and light I can't read it so I'm not sure what event I'm looking at. Or where the location is. Why do I need the calendar taking up half the screen? It was just fine as another tab. And much easier to read. It seems like someone is getting paid to "continue to push out improvements" so they just keep updating stuff to get paid. Not too make it better.

Horrible app. There's been nothing but problems with it since the company started making us use it. Latest is the Travel doesn't work properly, and now you can't sign in or out even if you're standing in the middle of a location you're assigned to. If you can sign in, sometimes you can't sign out or vice versa. Now it's crashing every time you try to answer the screening questions for Covid.

Don't like being forced to use an app. Biggest issue is updating. When a new update is available, you can't punch in until you update. Can result in you punching in late. Since I don't seem to be able to reply to your comment, I'll try this. I am not asking you to stop updating. Other apps I use regularly give you an update warning allowing you to update when it is convenient. Most limit you to using the app 3-5 times before you have to update. My suggestion is that you guys do this too.

I discovered that you can only have access to this app on one device. I had to get a new phone and was perplexed when password would be rejected. I had to log out of my cracked phone and then log into my new one... couldn't set up a back up on my iPad, either.

Trash app and support even worse!!!!! Support responded to my last review almost a year later. With a reply that showed how incompetent they are. Now this app says I need to update it. I clicked on update and it sent me to the app store, but the only options were uninstall and open. No update option, so I uninstalled and reinstalled with no update. Now I am at work and can not access my app without an update. PPI needs to 🔥 whoever is in charge of this procrewz app, or find a new provider!!!!

Headshot upload doesn't work. Not sure if I have the latest update either. Seems to be no way to force the update, only uninstall. Not very well written, seems it was designed on and written for iPhone and then crudely hacked ported over for Android phones

Offers help if you forget your password, but heaven help you if you forget your user name. Offers no help for that and no way to log on. And emails to support seeking help go unanswered. Also, if you forget to "punch out" at the end of work, there is no way to punch out from home. You have to drive all the way back to the work site to punch out. Not very user friendly!!

They broke the app for my android device with the latest version. Takes forever to get it to allow me to log in. I would say try a different app, but that's not an option. We are stuck with this.
