They charge much to grade and charge you again if card is worth more!? The grading price should be it just because it's worth more why do you get to take more from me doesn't make much sense. And they take forever by the time I get cards back it's to late. But I have to more to express it crazyness to me!.

Doing submissions from a phone is amazing! Picture recognition is solid but not perfect. I enjoy using the app.

App is not working! It continually says invalid cert even on my personal cards that were graded by them. Even the ones I previously scanned now say invalid cert.

Worst experience I've had with grading. There was an error with my payment, and so I contacted support and it took 5 days to resolve the issue. I don't know why they can't just charge the card again. I wish I didn't contact support because 2 out of the 3 cards are probably a 9 or 10 not 7s. I will definitely be cracking the case and submitting the cards to CGC.

It makes submitting an order super easy from your phone. I'm able to find all of my cards, even really rare & obscure ones with ease. The rest of the submission process is very easy & they walk you through it. I LOVE the flip to reveal grades! The search by photo option's useless. & there is only 1 type of submission available atm & that's grading sports cards. They plan on adding more with time, though. Overall, for submitting modern sports cards, it works great!

I loved the snap feature but once I closed it I couldn't figure out how to get it back. Anyone have an idea or some help?

It's a very nice app and user friendly. The reason for the 4 stars is for the collection/vault tab. I have a couple PSA certified cards I'd like to add to my collection/vault but if the certificate number carries 2 certified items it won't let me choose which one I'd like to add to my collection/vault. Please fix. I've even tried it through the website, same problem. Has anyone else had this issue?
