Stop switching apps and screwing people out of rewards points! Never did receive text message to verify account. Glad I didn't wait or I would have starved by now! Pathetic!

The revamped rewards program and new app are awful. Under the old app I could customize the amount of add ons that I wanted on my burger, e.g. 3x jalapeños, not any more. under the old rewards program I had earned $10 off my next order. I lost that in the switch to the new program and I'm very angry they would do that to their long standing customers!

The app is always irritating. It seems to always forget past orders and it doesn't save progress. if you leave the app you start over.

Apparently there was an update to the app and now I can no longer log in to input my loyalty rewards. Without that ability this app is absolutely useless. Complete garbage!

Requires your credit card be on file w them and preordering to get points. This day and age, I am not preloading a card for this. What are your security levels? This is a burger joint, I doubt theres decent safeguards. this should a scan at the register for your points w preorder payment an option. deleted app

Awful. This replaced a perfectly fine app. Now all my rewards are gone. Won't be using again. Tried to migrate rewards, but it says it can't.

App will ALWAYS tell you that your order is ready in 10 minutes. When you show up on time they will start cooking your food. Ordering system needs to tell you when it will be ready, not just "now+10 minutes"
